25/03/2026: Excellent food, generous portions, and attentive staff. A charcuterie platter, two flank steaks with fries and millassou (a local potato and cheese dish), and a beer with a pitcher of red wine (very good), all for the modest sum of around €50. A great place, I'll be back. The owner is friendly. Thank you.

23/12/2025: Not having everything available all the time, I can live with that. Having to wait a long time at lunchtime because the restaurant has priority, I can live with that too, because I don't have another time to go. But refusing to take two minutes to sell two sausages before closing at 5:30 PM when closing time is advertised as 6:30 PM... Goodbye. I want to clarify that the quality isn't the issue, just the lack of customer service. So I went to Mas, where I wasn't a regular customer, and I even got a smile and a free tin of pâté!

26/03/2026: Since booking this hotel, I has seen some negative reviews but I must say we were pleasantly surprised. Our room was good and although the bathroom could do with an update the shower worked well, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was everything we needed and the staff were lovely.

04/09/2024: When you don't know the boss at first glance she seems cold and ultimately I am pleasantly surprised by her good humor and her welcome. Keep it up because few people are like you. Thank you for your pleasant welcome.

13/03/2026: Everything came together perfectly, from the delicious meal prepared by the chef to the seamless, discreet, and expertly orchestrated service provided by the very professional waitress. We had a wonderful time at this farm inn and will definitely return to explore other local products.

12/03/2026: I stumbled upon this hotel by chance. A warm welcome made for a perfect overnight stay for a business traveler passing through the Dordogne. The room was clean and functional. Dinner was delicious and quick. Breakfast was superb for a reasonable price. The main question: Would I return? Yes, with pleasure.

11/12/2025: I have been staying at this hotel for over ten years and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The management is exceptionally kind and helpful, and the rooms are always impeccably clean. It's a hotel where you truly feel at ease. The dinner served at their partner hotel is also excellent. I will certainly continue to return for many years to come.

27/08/2024: Nous avons passés un très bon moment ! Le jeune homme qui nous a servi était très sympathique tout comme l'ambiance qui régnait à la terrasse du restaurant. Nous nous sommes régalés. Plats très bien cuisinés et copieux. Nous vous recommandons d'arriver tôt ou de réserver car il semble très prisé. Un bon souvenir de nos vacances à Hautefage !

16/08/2024: Nous avions réservé une table pour 2 personnes pour le dîner à 20h 3 jours avant nous nous sommes présentés ce jour là et à l’heure dite et la on nous réponds que la personne que nous avions eu au téléphone n’a pas pris notre réservation et on nous dit que nous ne pouvons pas mangé sachant que c’était de sa faute elle n’a pas cherché à trouver une solution très déçus de plus on nous a demandé si on était venu exprès en fait oui surtout quand on a réservé

06/08/2024: Nous y sommes allés un vendredi soir d'aout 2024 en réservant 30 minutes avant. Nous avions un grand chien et donc la patronne n'était pas très enthousiaste de celui-ci à cause de l'encombrement et l'affluence de clients. Mais une fois installés, nous avons pris grand plaisir à cette table. Le vin et les plats étaient excellents et fins.

20/07/2024: Tout était bon : de l'entrée au dessert.. très frais. Un service agréable. Je recommande vraiment, un incontournable lorsqu' on visite Collonges la rouge

17/07/2024: Situé un peu plus à l'écart du centre et de ces (trop) nombreuses boutiques, un restaurant avec une terrasse agréable, un service efficace et une cuisine de bonne facture. Formule entrée+plat+dessert à 29 EUR ou plat+dessert à 25 EUR. Une bonne adresse à ne pas négliger si vous voulez manger au village.
