17/04/2026: While traveling in Corsica in April, I had booked a table by phone two weeks prior for a Friday evening. On the evening in question, the staff present were unable to locate my reservation, and the waiter kept looking at his list, saying, "No, I know this one, I know this one too..." I do not recommend this restaurant to non-Corsicans. We had a very pleasant evening at Chez Don Quichotte restaurant.

The welcome from Jeanjean, a colorful character who has seen generations of athletes, politicians, and journalists come to enjoy his lobsters, is absolutely delightful! The best table, the best plate, the best welcome—everyone feels right at home here, here for over 50 years. The best lobster is right here!

30/04/2026: A historic place, run with passion and professionalism by the descendants of its founders. A welcome that puts you at ease, even if you feel out of place because the setting is so beautiful and elegant... My advice? Dare to go, you'll be back! Thank you, a dream birthday for my daughter who never thought she'd find me in Corsica. Congratulations to the twins and the entire team at the resort. See you in Brittany.

15/03/2026: Where to begin to describe our stay? A true little slice of paradise!! The welcome was top-notch from start to finish, with attentive service and always a smile 😉 The suite is superb, everything is thought of, nothing is missing, the bedding is impeccable, the cleanliness is flawless, and the spa is located on a magnificent terrace with a breathtaking view of the Sanguinaires Islands! Let's not forget the delicious and very generous breakfasts we enjoyed to the sound of the waves 😍 We also enjoyed the restaurant where the plates were filled with flavors and colors, a real treat for our taste buds! We could recommend this little slice of paradise 100, 200, even 300%, but for us it's 1000%... 17/04/2026: The beachside restaurant in Ajaccio! A beautiful terrace overlooking the sea; you feel like you're on a boat! The food is excellent, homemade with fresh ingredients! Every dish is flavorful, and the prices aren't exorbitant for such good food! The service is friendly, with smiles and attentiveness, which is much appreciated these days! We'll be back and highly recommend it.

16/10/2025: We went to this restaurant as a family for a birthday. Everything was perfect, from the welcome from the managers, who were so kind to us, to the food, which was delicious. Our little dog was made even more welcome with thoughtful touches. Thank you for this wonderful evening.

08/05/2026: Poor quality food. Overpriced. Price changed between menu and billing. Moreover we were charged 5€ for an open (seal broken) water bottle, saying it was mineral water. Restaurants in the vicinity offered 3 course meal for the same price.

I've never been disappointed; it's always a delight and a truly enjoyable experience. The team is fantastic. There's only one restaurant I return to regularly: this one, because I know I'll have a wonderful time every time. A sure thing.
