06/09/2024: Friday evening in Guéret at 8 p.m. no more Fondue Creuseis... already cash in! The young person at the checkout tells who is responsible (black shirt).. and nothing happens! We wait... and of course there was melting. Extended with milk or water I think, not great. 2 starters, 3 main courses. 48 euros. To finish 2 cups of ice cream and fortunately we finished well, they were good!

04/12/2024: Extremely rude boss every time. No sense of business. And now he even refuses reservations for “large” evening tables of 7 people. Never seen before in a restaurant.

28/10/2024: Smiling welcome. Nice choice of original cocktails. The Auvergne punch, with verbena, is worth tasting. As a starter, you can choose the pâté en croute. The portion is generous, tasty with a nice balance between the ingredients. Duck confit just excellent. The burger might seem 'a little tight' to you. Error, the steak is a nice thickness and the Brioche bread is successful. Not hungry for dessert? Order an ice cream. Artisanal, its fragrance is subtle. Throughout the meal, the servers were extremely attentive.

14/12/2024: Between the saleswoman who made two groups go before me, the caramel hot chocolate which looks like nothing at all and the waiting time we didn't leave the hostel. I worked at Patapain 2 years ago, at that time the managers paid attention to what was served to the customer, the salespeople were less clumsy and we had to ensure fast and perfect service. Now it's Club Med.

13/12/2024: Showcases stocked, clean and tempting, the place itself is clean and welcoming. Very popular relaxation and dining room, bright and clean. Just like the toilets! This makes me want to stop next time on my travels, whether for breakfast or a meal. Small -, the smile is so important at reception, think about it.

22/08/2024: Unmissable place, delicious dishes prepared with passion. Impeccable service. Sue with happiness. Congratulations to our starred chef and his entire team. Have already come several times and always enjoy this establishment.

14/08/2024: A very large house, absolutely worth tasting if you pass by. Very fine dishes, well presented. The bosses are very nice. A great memory to repeat soon. I had planned to go back, and well I did on 08/14/24, always the same joy of tasting such fine dishes at a very reasonable price. The servers are very professional and very friendly, a real pleasure as they say today. Go there with your eyes closed, book even though the tables are full. Thank you for delighting our taste buds like this.

14/08/2024: Family meal on a Sunday lunchtime: pleasant setting, fairly copious and very good dishes. To be renewed.

29/11/2025: A classic of its kind. A varied menu, very well prepared. Some of the hot dishes could be a little hotter. A major advantage is that everything is included and unlimited in the price. Excellent for staying within your budget.

29/11/2025: Greeted with a big smile, unlimited wine aperitif, and coffee included in the menu. The waitresses were very friendly, I recommend it.
