28/08/2024: très bon repas, dans un cadre bien agréable sous les arbres , tout était bon !! service au top , raffiné et sympa ! une adresse incontournable sur Besançon !!
19/07/2024: Excellent accueil pour notre groupe, un service au petits soins, attentifs et disponible, j’ai beaucoup aimé le cadre.
Les plats sont très bons, les cuissons et les sauces sont parfaites.
Le menus a été choisi à l’avance, je ne connais pas la carte, mais les assiettes étaient délicatement dressées.
C’est un restaurant adapté pour un moment exceptionnel, surtout le soir.

Small downside for the person (boss or chef) who speaks badly to the friendly waitress. Sir, your colleagues deserve respect!!!!
10/08/2024: On arrival friendly staff but very long waiting times only for an aperitif. Afterwards it gets complicated, meat not very well cooked and above all forgetting to season. The rest is a fiasco, 45 min for
only order a dessert after having cleared the dish, frozen dessert which arrives melted but above all the order is not respected. The highlight of the show is the cheese platter served after the melted dessert. In short, decent food but deplorable service.

24/05/2024: Cozy Café with nice atmosphere in Besançon! The coffee was great and they also offer breakfast and a lunch menu daily. Didn't see any pastries on display though.

The ice creams are very good and well presented.
The waitress is smiling and attentive.
She heard that my daughter wanted a piece of lemon for her glass of water.
Discreetly she brought him a ramekin with several pieces of lemon.
It's the little touches that make the difference.
We will come back with pleasure
06/08/2024: The savory pancakes are very good, the sweet pancakes we didn't see the color because the service is much too long, don't go there if you are in a hurry and for the atmosphere I was delighted to know the life of the next table but very bothered to tell mine.

12/07/2024: Attirés par les avis très favorables et par les photos des plats servis nous avons choisi le 76. Déception, les plats servis étaient quelconques sans originalité. Tatare de saumon sans saveur, salade un peu défraîchie. Manque de soin dans le dressage et la préparation des légumes...
Dessert cage gourmand sans originalité et fade. Et que dire d'un verre à vin mal lavé. Peu faire beaucoup mieux pour un "maître restaurateur".

27/04/2024: Assiettes ridicules, on sort on a faim !. Le poulet rôti est une vulgaire petite cuisse de 30 grs de viande et trop cuite, le poisson est bas de gamme puisque c'est du lieu noir, poisson le moins cher du marché .. Si on fait un Rapide calcul des prix au kilo on arrive à 350€ le kilo pour 1 cuisse de poulet....!! Environ 60grs de poisson et 1/2 poireau en garniture.. Bref un attrape touriste, entrez regardez et sortez, ne mangez pas !. Nous n'y retournerons plus, nous aurions dû lire les avis avant d'y aller....
Nous y sommes restés 30mn pour manger notre plat.. Quand nous avons vu le choux chantilly passer, nous nous sommes regarder et avons rigoler... Franchement même pas honte de servir ça !.

- Placement à l'entrée au milieu du flux des clients et serveurs
- Plats très médiocres ( ex: frites molles)
- Erreurs sur la note en notre defaveur sans excuses après rectification
- Imposition d'un temps extrêmement limité pour le repas
Impression d'un total cafouillage ! Des débuts difficiles ? Le cadre est toujours aussi somptueux mais nous n'y retournerons pas.

La carte est variée. Prix correcte. Mais la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Déçu.
Je ne recommande pas.

17/09/2024: I was sick as a dog yesterday with your cheesecake which must not have followed the cold chain (at the end of the shelf, fridge open so I think that in terms of cold chain, we are not at the best). Food poisoning. Forced to leave my job due to vomiting. I called the restaurant in Besançon to tell them, they just told me “oh well we sold everything and we got no return!” » not even an excuse, nothing! A shame!!! 😠 And I was the only one to eat that. My colleagues ate the same bagel as me. There was a gnat that came out of the packaging. You have to stop saying it's not your fault. Do you know excuses?

12/09/2024: I often come with work, and we have always been very well received! We often make changes to the dishes and that has never been a problem, the establishment adapts to us and that's very rare in my opinion! The service is top notch, small mention for Aurélie, always attentive and with a smile. We also think of the other members of the department as well as the people in the kitchen who prepare delicious dishes.
Coming to your restaurant is a real pleasure, thank you again.
10/06/2024: Great discovery during a training seminar. Generous traditional cuisine and possibility of adapting the accompaniments. Responsive waitress, smiling and available despite the crowd. I recommend.

14/09/2024: Friendly welcome, the dishes are good like the Comtoise plate, the Comtois burger, minced beef... Small downside for those with a sweet tooth, a few extra potatoes would have been welcome but the quality was there.
10/09/2024: Terrible service! Although we had just placed an order, we had not even started the appetizers when the main courses were imposed on us two minutes later. All this to ensure two, or even three services after us. The server is extremely stressed and must certainly be under pressure from the boss to the detriment of the quality of service. You have to learn to relax, in September it is no longer the frenzy of summer! As a result, our dishes were cold! We won't go back there again!
