03/05/2026: The service is excellent. I go there quite often; the pizzas are generous. And I must admit, it's one of my two favorite pizzerias in Besançon. A real pizzeria run by Italians.

22/05/2026: I'm from Besançon and know the Tandem bar and its good reputation quite well. However, on Friday, May 22nd, a friend and I went for drinks on the terrace. We enjoyed several beers in the sunshine and a charcuterie and cheese board. A great start to the weekend! 😎 The waitress was very friendly. But around 9 pm, just after I'd finished my drink, the owner came over and started cleaning the table insistently, making it clear that it was time to leave and vacate the table, saying, "I have to earn a living." We left without saying a word—we're usually quite polite—but we were very shocked. I'll definitely tell all my friends in Besançon about this experience. We'd had several drinks and eaten, and then we were kicked out as soon as we finished our drinks? We were stunned! From now on, I'll go for drinks elsewhere. There are so many nicer bars where you don't get kicked out as soon as your glass is empty. A word to the wise!

09/01/2026: AMAZING RESTAURANT! The staff are lovely, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable! I'm lactose intolerant, and they made me a soy cream—they were incredibly kind and attentive! I highly recommend it!

18/05/2026: A lovely establishment, we felt right at home. The service was friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal 😋. A very good choice for our visit to the area.

17/05/2026: A truly mountain atmosphere. We had the Comtois fondue with Vin Jaune and it was delicious. The portions were generous and the desserts were well-presented. The only downside was the extremely slow service; we waited almost an hour after choosing our dish, which was shared.

10/04/2026: Mediocre experience. The salmon tartare was very bland. The mussels were very bland and dry. The fried carp and trout were very bland and very dry. The fries weren't homemade and weren't good. The beef fillet side dish was also very bland. The dessert was very expensive, lacking both quality and quantity. What a shame.

17/05/2026: I came with my father on Sunday lunchtime, May 3rd. The setting is lovely and traditional. However, from the moment we arrived, we sensed that the meal was going to be rather gloomy. Two waitresses greeted us without a smile and with a cold demeanor. My father selected the wine pairing, and the first glass was a champagne: no explanation, no name of the estate, grape variety, or any other information whatsoever, and the same was true for each of the subsequent wines, of course. EVEN WORSE, the champagne had no bubbles at all. Unfortunately, I'm a sommelier, and serving the dregs of the bottle, of course, from behind the bar, is acceptable, but not at all. I pointed this out immediately, although it took 10 minutes to get the attention of a waitress holed up behind the bar with a pedantic air, especially during a quiet service with barely 10 covers. We considered leaving, but luckily the food was delicious; a big thank you to the kitchen team. The dining room does absolutely no justice to the work done in the kitchen. Looking forward to coming back.

26/04/2026: A unique and delightful experience! After three years, we returned to this restaurant with our baby and received a very warm welcome. The waitress had set up a high chair for our daughter and was incredibly attentive to her needs. As for lunch, every dish was magnificent and bursting with flavor. In short, go there!

23/05/2026: Don't let the building's appearance put you off; the restaurant serves wonderful and delicious mussels and fries. Very friendly and attentive service. Highly recommended!

01/05/2026: Absolutely nothing to complain about, a perfect experience at Domino’s Pizza Besançon! I picked up my order, and everything was ready on time, even a little early. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and efficient. The pizzas were piping hot, delicious, and generously topped. Honestly, it's a pleasure to have such impeccable service from start to finish. I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back.

10/04/2026: Thank you for the excellent service. However, I would like to point out that pork was found on my pizza, which I ordered this Thursday. Please be extra vigilant to avoid this type of incident, especially for customers who do not usually eat this type of meat. I would appreciate it if you could pass this information along.

22/05/2026: I was very disappointed by the service. We had been customers of the shop earlier that day (having drinks and dessert there). When I walked past again, I asked for access to the restrooms, as I am eight months pregnant, but the other manager on duty at the time refused me without any empathy or understanding of the situation. It's a shame, because a little humanity and consideration would have been appreciated.

01/06/2026: €11.20 for an Orangina and an iced tea... I find that outrageous. Plus, we were constantly bothered by pigeons on the terrace trying to get onto our table. Bad experience. I won't be going back.

25/05/2026: We waited 15 minutes before a waiter acknowledged that he had seen us. We finally placed our order with another waiter, asking for a glass of water in addition to our order. The water never arrived, despite a reminder. The staff was not very pleasant.

The service is deplorable, the owner is unfriendly and cold, practically expecting you to serve yourself at the bar even though it's only three meters away. Honestly, considering the price of the beers at the bar and the atmosphere, I'd rather drink them at home in the future or go somewhere else.
