21/07/2026: The staff were disconcertingly rude. A young, clearly inexperienced waitress brazenly lied to customers right in front of us, claiming there were no more tables available, even though we ourselves, who hadn't even made a reservation, had been seated without any problem. As for the food, while it was acceptable, it was nothing more than mediocre, lacking any redeeming qualities whatsoever. But it was this blatant lack of professionalism, bordering on injustice, that ultimately disappointed us, leaving a most unfortunate impression of amateurism.

Everything is customizable, whether you want to organize everything yourself or prefer to delegate, the team is present, responsive, and incredibly friendly. The venue is beautiful, well-equipped, and much less expensive than similar venues I've seen in Paris. A huge thank you to Pierre-Yves, Anne-Sophie, and the entire team!! Friendly staff, warm and welcoming atmosphere (despite some noisy and difficult customers next door, you were so patient 🙈), lovely chalet decor – you really felt like you were in the mountains 👍. 01/03/2026: A break for tea, coffee, or fresh fruit/vegetable juice was definitely in order! I had the "bon teint" carrot, ginger, and apple juice: excellent. My friend had the "bon bon" – delicious. The cakes were generous and very tasty: carrot cake and crumble! Offering a carafe of water would have been a nice touch.

17/07/2026: This Subway, located away from the main shopping area of ​​Chateafarine, was practically empty. We tried their daily special sandwiches, which were delicious! The server handled our order perfectly, with generous portions in the bread.

22/05/2026: I'm from Besançon and know the Tandem bar and its good reputation quite well. However, on Friday, May 22nd, a friend and I went for drinks on the terrace. We enjoyed several beers in the sunshine and a charcuterie and cheese board. A great start to the weekend! 😎 The waitress was very friendly. But around 9 pm, just after I'd finished my drink, the owner came over and started cleaning the table insistently, making it clear that it was time to leave and vacate the table, saying, "I have to earn a living." We left without saying a word—we're usually quite polite—but we were very shocked. I'll definitely tell all my friends in Besançon about this experience. We'd had several drinks and eaten, and then we were kicked out as soon as we finished our drinks? We were stunned! From now on, I'll go for drinks elsewhere. There are so many nicer bars where you don't get kicked out as soon as your glass is empty. A word to the wise!

09/01/2026: AMAZING RESTAURANT! The staff are lovely, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the prices are reasonable! I'm lactose intolerant, and they made me a soy cream—they were incredibly kind and attentive! I highly recommend it!

07/06/2026: We had a wonderful time at this establishment, celebrating my mother's 90th birthday. The cuisine was exquisite, and the wines were excellent (I highly recommend the Arbois Pupillin Chardonnay from the Jura region). Finally, I would like to thank the entire team once again for their exceptional patience in accommodating everyone's wishes. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment for family celebrations or any other occasion.

17/05/2026: I came with my father on Sunday lunchtime, May 3rd. The setting is lovely and traditional. However, from the moment we arrived, we sensed that the meal was going to be rather gloomy. Two waitresses greeted us without a smile and with a cold demeanor. My father selected the wine pairing, and the first glass was a champagne: no explanation, no name of the estate, grape variety, or any other information whatsoever, and the same was true for each of the subsequent wines, of course. EVEN WORSE, the champagne had no bubbles at all. Unfortunately, I'm a sommelier, and serving the dregs of the bottle, of course, from behind the bar, is acceptable, but not at all. I pointed this out immediately, although it took 10 minutes to get the attention of a waitress holed up behind the bar with a pedantic air, especially during a quiet service with barely 10 covers. We considered leaving, but luckily the food was delicious; a big thank you to the kitchen team. The dining room does absolutely no justice to the work done in the kitchen. Looking forward to coming back.
