17/07/2026: This Subway, located away from the main shopping area of ​​Chateafarine, was practically empty. We tried their daily special sandwiches, which were delicious! The server handled our order perfectly, with generous portions in the bread.

09/07/2026: We had a delicious salad served by a very friendly owner in lovely air conditioned surroundings. We arrived thirsty after climbing up to le fort de Bregille and the owner gladly brought out 4 bottles of water (free of charge) as soon as we finished one. He was happy to explain all the ingredients in simple French and was very friendly coping well with our limited French.

04/07/2026: The food was very good and plentiful. Minor drawbacks: the service was too slow and almost €21 for a classic burger is still a bit steep.

23/06/2026: What a lovely place. We had a delicious meal. Friendly service. We sat outside, which created a very cozy atmosphere. There are several outdoor terraces on that street. In short, highly recommended.

29/12/2025: I came to try this restaurant in late 2023 or early 2024. I thought I had left a review (a positive one), but apparently it's nowhere to be found. Did Google delete it? (Indeed, Google loves to delete people's reviews without a valid reason.) This restaurant is the only one on Rue Bersot that I've wanted to return to. Even outside, the aroma of roast chicken fills the air, and inside, you feel comfortable and relaxed, even if, like me, you come alone. The owner loves to chat and make his customers feel at ease. Admittedly, the prices have gone up a bit, like everywhere else, but they're still very reasonable. For €14, you leave feeling completely satisfied thanks to the tender and flavorful half-chicken, drizzled with its natural cooking juices.

01/06/2026: I came to lunch at Café de l'Hermitage with two colleagues and we had a wonderful time. We each ordered a main course and dessert: everything was delicious. The ingredients seemed seasonal and high-quality, the portions were generous, and the value for money was excellent. A big thank you to the chef for his flavorful cuisine and to the waitress for her warm welcome, professionalism, and perfect knowledge of the dishes; she even presented them from memory. The only thing that might be surprising is the lack of a menu and prices displayed. That said, I'm sure this information would have been provided upon request. A place I highly recommend!

20/07/2026: Excellent restaurant with a warm welcome. Enjoy the mussels, especially the ones with Comté cheese and fries. The pot is generously filled and the sauce is amazing. However, be sure to book ahead. I highly recommend this establishment.
