12/09/2024: Je ne recomande pas ce restaurant c est degueulasse vraiment . Fondue horrible . Ca vaut ps la grange . N y allez surtout pas. .

31/08/2024: We reserved a table for this Saturday evening, but the location allocated to us was unfortunately not ideal: limited space and presence of cobwebs and dust a few centimeters from us. The menu, although limited, demonstrates a desire to offer sophisticated dishes. However, the two Comtoise pans we ordered did not meet our expectations in terms of quality. The cancoillote, instead of being hot and liquid, was compact, which spoiled the pleasure of tasting it. The ham was rather plain and greasy, and the potatoes seemed reheated, although that's not necessarily a negative. The Morteau sausage, for its part, was as expected from this type of dish. For dessert, we chose ice cream and double cream meringue. The ice cream was okay, but the double cream of the meringue was not up to par, and did not correspond to what one would expect from this type of cream. I do not intend to devalue this establishment, but our experience this evening unfortunately did not live up to our expectations or the price paid.

We arrived without a reservation even though there were a lot of people Flank steaks of the day and truly homemade fried hamburgers with added sauces and desserts. I'm waiting for a real questioning of the restaurant's hygiene!!! You impact my health!!! Seeing the state of the salad, I should have suspected it. 05/08/2024: It's hard to know where to begin because the entire 99 eur tasting menu was simply exquisite. Even the butter for the bread had a divine type of local tapenade with it that was delicious. The five courses were supplemented by various mises en bouche and pre desserts, making this a genuine culinary experience. Ingredients are top quality and the skill and theatricality in the preparation and serving were second to none. Very affable maitre D who is highly skilled in his profession and above all, warm and welcoming to everyone. Wine list is local to Grand East of France and substantial. If we had to choose a best course, it was the lobster ravioli, but the trout mousse and pigeon Wellington were magnificent. Kirsch soaked sour cherry millefeuille was simply perfection. I very much doubt anyone would be disappointed here.
