30/08/2024: Not pleasant at all and too much waiting

28/08/2024: There is a big problem with organization at reception and customer relations. Two visits in one month, two bad experiences. The first, more than an hour of waiting including 45 minutes in front of the door because our order was forgotten, despite 2 reminders. The second time, we were challenged by the young girl at reception (who didn't say a single "good evening" or "thank you") for coming at the time the site told us to come. to collect our order. Apparently we should have guessed they were finishing early, with no indication on the website or calls to let us know the order was ready. At least the pizzas are good.

12/12/2024: Shameful we are missing half the order Rude salespeople on the phone who hang up on us or on our face and never call us back INADMISSIBLE ASHAMED we pay for a service order placed at 8:15 p.m. received at 10 p.m. thank you Uber Eats for stealing our order Long live France

04/12/2024: Nous étions 12 personnes dans une grande salle vide et froide. Le serveur faisait "chuuut" avec un doigt sur sa bouche car il n'arrivait pas à se concentrer pour prendre la commande de boisson, évidemment comme il n'avait rien noté, 2 boissons manquaient et une était fausse ! Le filet de magret de canard était trop cuit et le tartare de saumon n'avait vraiment rie de spécial. Nous souhaitions nous balader à Besançon après le déjeuner, le serveur nous a orienté vers l'accueil de l'hôtel, qui nous a simplement tendu un plan. Après lui avoir demandé quelques conseils, la personne nous a juste dit "nous sommes ici" !!!!! bref no comment, on a fait que se nourrir plutôt que de passer un bon moment entre amis au restaurant.

08/09/2024: Passing through Besancon, I was disappointed having a meal in this restaurant. The accompaniment of the dish is only fried salad, no other choice. Drinks taken on the terrace are 0.2e more expensive.

07/09/2024: Overall it's very good. Although I would have liked a little more salad dressing. Or at worst put it in a pot available. The customer can therefore dose the sauce as he wishes. I regret a service that was a little too "slow" for my taste. Why get rid of us so soon when there's no one there? That's enough "I'm kicking you out." Finally, the setting was pleasant. Ideal for eating on the terrace as soon as summer has started.

26/06/2024: €9 a pint!! Price to take away at the customer's head... Young waiter, cigarette behind his ear, arrogant and mocking with the customers... Not all that serious!

18/08/2024: Want to have an aperitif before the meal. 20 minutes after ordering still not served even though there is almost no one there. The impression that they didn't want to serve us. We went to have a drink on another terrace. I advise against it. There is much better rue Bersot

13/09/2024: Produits frais maison dont la renommée on n’a beau faire n’est plus à faire. On se régale de produits salés et sucrés. Tout est à emporter ou à déguster sur place. Excellent café pour terminer.

21/08/2024: Petits plats chauds tout à fait corrects, pâtisseries savoureuses, de bonne qualité, Affluence importante pendant notre passage essentiellement pour les clients qui ont commandé des gâteaux de grandes ou petites proportions à emporter. Cela confirme notre impression que c'est la meilleure pâtisserie du centre. Pendant nos 3 jours à Besançon on n 'a rien trouvé de meilleur que la maison Badaud quant aux patisseries salon de thé. La qualité colle bien à l'image du savoir faire français. Par contre l ’accueil est déplorable. Soit! cela dépend de sur qui on tombe, mais on a eu l ’impression qu'une partie du personnel faisait ce travail parce qu ’ils n’ont rien trouvé de mieux. Aucun sens du service, aucune attitude d’un commercial qui veut vendre et pour ce faire bien servir pour fidéliser la clientèle, Dommage! Les plus jeunes cependant étaient plus agréables, avaient une meilleure attitude commerciale.

22/08/2024: D'accord on paie l'emplacement et d'accord les pizzas sont très bonnes, mais à plus de 20€, heureusement ! La carte des vins n'est vraiment pas au top pour des prix élevés, personnellement je ne reviendrai pas.

08/08/2024: Forte augmentation des prix depuis ma dernière visite dans ce restaurant. .. salades repas avec beaucoup de salade pour le volume et peu d' autres ingrédients, pas un dessert à moins de 9.50.

10/08/2024: Not very welcoming atmosphere with this pressure with the Italian restaurant next door they come to lure us a little unawares to come and eat, side of beef a doubt about the weight but sirloin of my partner excellent. More than half an hour passed for the plates to be cleared, we left without having dessert given the waiting time. Lack of friendliness on the part of a waitress I suppose boss. Bad experience

03/08/2024: Ordered/eaten meat dish Saltimboca and pizza Athene with kebab. Location perfect, food not good! Kebab is not kebab. Veal from saltimboca not veal. Anyway, let's enjoy the wine on the square, and then off to a real Italian desert (somewhere in beautiful Besancon). Tip; Move broken chairs backwards. Clearly indicate where the toilet is. Hostess: put on a nice dress. Cook: get better ingredients. Then maybe things will turn out well at this prime location

05/08/2024: Always armored, the atmosphere is not particularly pleasant (with several friends we regularly feel stared at by the customers and the staff (we are normal though)), so many people that ordering becomes an almost nihistic undertaking. the times you can order the choice is quite wide but the cocktails and drinks are not exceptional and the prices are average high. I strongly advise you to go to other bars, I don't miss any in the area.

13/07/2024: A bar located on the market square where the terrace costs extra (20 cents extra) and is a little noisy (the tram passes). The aperitif boards are good and happy hour includes all the beers on tap. The staff is ok.

27/08/2024: Sortie Hamburger-restaurant pour faire plaisir à nos petits enfants : Vu de l'extérieur le lieu à l'air sympathique mais quelle déception une fois à table. Sol très sale avec des traces brunes... chocolat ? excréments ?. Le personnel qui vient nettoyer les tables situées dans cet endroit ne voit rien ou ne veut rien voir... Petit tour aux toilettes ou la propreté ne règne pas non plus. Je passe sur les détails... J'ose espérer que la nourriture n'est pas préparée dans le même état d'esprit de propreté que la tenue de cet établissement. Le personnel nous parait très peu motivé. Nous avons quitté les lieux rapidement... nous ne sommes pas prêts d'y revenir...lieu à fuir !!!

20/09/2024: It is surely the best kebab in Planoise, or even in Besancon, There would only be one flaw: the size of the tacos is sometimes random, I already found myself with an S taco instead of an XL, It was probably a mistake by the chef in the kitchen. But it's cheap, it's good, it's plentiful, Come there with your eyes closed (or even open the new decor is worth a look 👍) Satisfied customer 👍

17/09/2024: Very dissatisfied with mediocre food and on top of that I found a fly in my tacos. Very good

28/09/2024: This place is unfriendly. The boss and his wife have nothing going for them. No sense of welcome. Cleanliness to be reviewed in every point of view. Price totally out of line with reality. We do not recommend!
