15/03/2026: An experience sorely lacking in flair and precision. When you choose a restaurant with such a prestigious reputation, you expect to pay the price of excellence, provided the food lives up to it. Here, unfortunately, it falls short. The inaccuracy regarding the product: They advertise scallops, but they serve four small ones. At this price point, mistaking the quality of a premium product for something ordinary is a lapse in taste, even a beginner's mistake. The inspiration... very limited: Sweetbreads "according to the chef's inspiration" that amount to nothing more than a simple, classic veal stock? We were expecting a signature dish, but we got a token gesture. The subpar service: Serving a substitute fish without any explanation of the price or even a gesture of courtesy... This demonstrates a regrettable lack of consideration towards customers who know their standards. The quality of an establishment isn't limited to its decor; it lies in its high standards and transparency. Certainly, every establishment is allowed to make mistakes, but at this price and with such a series of improvisations, disappointment is inevitable. For us, this experience will remain a very minor one.

19/04/2026: Just another run-of-the-mill restaurant, and expensive for what it was. Next time I'm there, I'll go somewhere else.

17/03/2026: Perfect! The food is delicious, the wines are good, and the prices are reasonable. I don't come to Château-Thierry often enough to fully enjoy the Right Bank, but it's a must-visit every time I'm there. Thank you to the team!

31/03/2026: First visit in the evening and wow! A very beautiful place. A very warm welcome. Service was based on the number of people present, so it was "first come, first served." We were delighted with the dishes we chose, the only slight downside being the fries... However, we will return, but please don't let up and continue to improve! We were a little put off by the tables by the windows at the front, where it was cold!

20/04/2026: We recently went out for a meal and drinks. We were very disappointed by the price of a non-alcoholic marito (mint leaves, lime, and lemonade) at €6.50.

17/04/2026: We came here to eat and ordered two burgers. My fiancée's was very good, and mine was also quite good overall. You can tell the ingredients are high quality: even the chips we had as an appetizer were homemade, which is a really nice touch. The homemade fries are excellent, too. The only downside to my burger was that the bacon wasn't cooked enough; it was practically raw, just warmed through. The cheese, meanwhile, wasn't really melted, just placed on top and slightly warmed. It's a shame, because the bacon should have been cooked properly, and the cheese melted to complement the rest. Cooking pork requires special attention for hygiene reasons, and it's usually a basic principle in cooking. When I mentioned it to the waitress, she simply replied that "to err is human." I didn't find that response very professional. It was still a good experience overall, but this aspect needs improvement.

12/01/2026: Excellent crêperie! The food is really good and the sweet crêpes are delicious. The service is also very pleasant: a warm welcome, smiling and joking staff without being intrusive, you immediately feel very comfortable. A truly delightful experience, I highly recommend it!

02/11/2025: Just one small point for improvement: consider adjusting your extractor fan. Leaving a restaurant with cooking smells on your clothes isn't very pleasant. Otherwise, no complaints, I recommend it!
