pleasant and very professional.
Top for the welcome, the service, the dishes.
Very good, varied menu with market products. We don't cheat here.
We highly recommend this place to curious foodies.
And the cherry. A very good value for money.
We quickly return for lunch at the Atelier

16/09/2024: We come regularly to Tahiti and are generally satisfied although a little expensive in terms of price but the setting is very pleasant. Yesterday when we came we came across an absolutely unbearable waiter. He cursed at his colleagues in front of customers, allowed himself to whisper at us, telling us that it was unacceptable because our 5 coffees had been ordered twice and so on. And when we left he was screaming in the middle of the restaurant like a 3 year old child who had just been punished by a school teacher. It's really a shame but when you come to the restaurant to relax and have a good time, such a person absolutely doesn't make you want to come back here.

foie gras extra, served with a piece of Brossard gingerbread and 2 slices of toasted supermarket sandwich bread.
Correct duck breast, vegetable flan with water which is reminiscent of frozen, the same for the profiteroles. Expensive for average quality

15/09/2024: We were impressed by the size and furnishings of the breakfast room, the breakfast was rich and carefully selected, and the service was impeccable.
09/09/2024: We had a very good stay. The suite was superb and there were lots of little touches (tea and coffee tray, drinks in the mini-fridge, bathrobes, slippers, Bluetooth speaker, etc.) that you don't find much even in other 4 stars.
We will come back, for sure.

09/12/2024: Takeover of the Les Ducs restaurant by the Petit Palais team.
Authentic, simple cuisine.
The prices are affordable and the homemade taste is evident on the plate.
Too bad there were only 5 pieces of meat on the beef cheek plate unlike my friend's 1/2 chicken plate and for a difference of €2.
But it was melting, that's the main thing.
The contemporary bistro atmosphere is great, as are the very original wooden menus.
The map is refined.
Wine by the glass is also affordable.

13/09/2024: Very good brasserie, smiling waitresses, good value for money because the dishes are very generous. Fast service. Clean and well located restaurant with a beautiful terrace in the historic district.
Visited in August: Super good croq madame and croq des ducs with salmon

19/07/2024: Very long service and very average quality! Much more expensive than in the city center of Clermont, much less quantity! I had sweetbreads with morel sauce this afternoon, a supplement of €7 is requested, which makes a plate for a little more than €29, why not. On the other hand, small quantity, cooked with a super salty industrial sauce accompanied by 2 tiny morels and the pompom, a handful of fried potatoes and a semblance of ratatouille! A shame ! For comparison, some restaurants that have a Michelin bib offer menus for €33! I do not recommend at all extremely expensive for the quality offered

18/02/2025: Please note: this restaurant still accepts online reservations even though it has been closed since October! No information is indicated on their site or page, which can cause problems for customers. Check carefully before booking.
18/02/2025: Unacceptable, restaurant permanently closed since October 2024 but it is not written anywhere on Google, we were even able to make a reservation for Tuesday lunchtime on the internet only to end up finding a clause door in front of the restaurant. We had to improvise otherwise, it's a shame. I can't give zero stars unfortunately.
