We met a Dutch couple on the terrace, former owners of the campsite in Entrevaux.

02/04/2024: A restaurant that could go unnoticed from the road because there is no sign. But it would be a shame to miss out on such a good restaurant.
The service is impeccable, the staff smiling, welcoming and friendly while remaining discreet, the meal progresses smoothly: neither too long nor in a hurry.
In short, definitely worth testing!

31/05/2024: Very nice place, very warm welcome Good little downside, it seems that the menu has not been changed since last year And I was disappointed with my fish. Well the other guests were delighted, especially with the dessert! The chocolate profiteroles are apparently killer. I still recommend it but it’s a budget!

30/05/2024: Hostel found while passing by by chance, on our vacation route. The restaurant room, lit all in stone, attracted us.
Not disappointed at all.
Quality cuisine, seasonal products, homemade dishes.
We took: pulled lamb from the Luberon and pork ribs cooked at low temperatures. Then chestnut mousse with candied chestnuts, a treat!!!
Good welcome and attentive waitress, even if she was a replacement.
TO RECOMMEND.
12/05/2024: It was you, madam, who suggested this water, which is, by default, in a carafe for everyone. Don't take me for an idiot. I worked in catering and this behavior deserves reprimand. We paid it calmly and you threw the money in my face. So don't start saying that you gave us a "gift" to give us back that money. And what do you mean you didn’t want to “waste your time”? Isn’t that your job? To at least be kind to your customers. Your attitude is disgusting.

Filet de truite excellent ! 22€.

31/03/2024: We had a great time! And tasted good food. Warm environment. Only small downside: service a little quick, we started our aperitif as soon as the dishes arrived....but we still recommend it and will be happy to come back!

Fair price, proportional to the quantity of food offered.
It's a shame to reheat the pasta in the microwave because it cools quite quickly, suggestion to replace it with fries to accompany the mountain escalope (more flavorful and mountain effect).
However, excellent dessert (blueberry crumble) and wide choice available!!
