18/09/2024: *Reception and entrance hall full of dried herbs/leaves, carpet not vacuumed... it started well... *No one at reception despite our announced arrival time and confirm a few hours before... *Air conditioning in the bedroom not fitted with 30* ext. *High wellness area bath bed, hidden back of the deckchair. *Artificial carpets not vacuumed for several days with plaster sheets. *No tap dancing in a secure box to get to the jaccusi/swimming pool. * Exposed electrical cable laid on the synthetic turf, without effort of camouflage. *Traces of glasses and biscuits from previous customers on the roof-top table. *Mouse/rat farts on the roof top counter. *disordered cushions on the roof top furniture, *evening meal: arrival 8 p.m., departure 10 p.m., for 2 courses, we left the restaurant without having had the cheese and dessert...couldn't wait any longer... We asked to bring it to our room... "Popular polish, flourish, window dressing, without any real 5* type service... for breakfast: *Scrambled eggs (flake effect, are these real eggs?), nothing to do with a scramble. *A coffee half spilled in the saucer without any suggestion to change it.. We left this morning, we sorted everything out, no commercial discounts... We came here for our 33rd wedding anniversary, we will remember it but not in a good way... More than €500 paid for low-end services. €500 wasted! We certainly do not recommend, to RUN AWAY!!

16/09/2024: We spent a very pleasant weekend in this wonderful area. The area is extremely quiet, there are not many rooms and they are well spaced from each other, which gives an intimate feel that is much more pleasant than in a classic hotel! The rooms are wonderful, the breakfast too. The spa is very beautiful, very well maintained, perfect for relaxing for a weekend. The staff is very pleasant, special mention for Nicolas who really takes care of his customers! We will come back with great pleasure!

13/09/2024: We came to eat at La Table Ronde three years ago during a stay in Colmars and really appreciated this small restaurant located in the village ramparts. We went back this Friday and our opinion has not changed. Friendly welcome, pleasant outside tables even if unlike the previous time, we ate in the small room because of a cold wind and a very cool temperature despite the good weather. Good dish of the day (Sisteron lamb and Polenta) and very good medieval gratin, well-cooked dishes and sufficiently copious. Fair prices, perhaps a little high but without exaggeration, because in relation to the quality of the dishes and the quantity on the plate. A nice restaurant to recommend, we will return there during our next visit or stay in this very beautiful medieval village and in the magnificent Val d'Allos.

14/10/2024: 13/10/2024 the cottage is unfortunately closed. No information about opening hours. Weird.

31/08/2024: Nowadays, it is hard to find restaurateurs who are fully aware of possible cooking or other errors. I would like to say that this restaurateur is to be recommended with his eyes closed (for ours due to a cooking error which assessed the proposal to recook and the failure to cover the burger on the bill by the manager.) I salute this professionalism. On the other hand, all the menus were divine. WELL DONE..!

12/12/2024: Food not bad at all, apparently homemade. The waiter who took care of me was very accommodating and friendly. I thank him for his thoughtfulness towards me during my visit. Experience to be repeated.

15/08/2024: An essential address in Manosque and the surrounding area, very friendly and on a human scale, impeccable service from the manager couple who bring appetizers to keep you waiting and very high-end cuisine by the chef who makes EVERYTHING in house, the menu is reduced for this reason but each starter, main course and dessert is made with the desire to delight the customer. Totally reasonable price compared to the quality of the products offered, purchased by the managers in a short circuit maximum 20km around Manosque. A business risk-taking which deserves that we support them in their approach and in their desire to offer good products, cooked goods. 03/08/2024: Thanks to the recommendation of the Forcalquier donkeys, here we are for our second visit in 2 days. Quality catering with local products, family atmosphere, quality service for a democratic price, what more could you ask for... certainly the best restaurant in Forcalquier. The Belgian guy.
