Excellent wine recommendations and a high-quality menu, especially the fish selection (sealed tuna and grilled cuttlefish on a bed of brown rice and seasonal vegetables). We loved it. Thank you. 08/06/2026: I had the opportunity to discover Le Couvent des Minimes during a dinner at its Michelin-starred restaurant, and the experience was remarkable. The setting is simply sublime, one of the most beautiful establishments I have ever visited. The welcome was warm and professional, and the staff were incredibly attentive throughout the evening. Dinner was a truly delightful discovery, with refined cuisine that cleverly blends the influences of Burgundy and Provence. The flavor combinations were original and offered wonderful gastronomic discoveries. The only slight point to note: several dishes featured very pronounced flavors of anise, fennel, and tarragon. Those who appreciate these flavors will undoubtedly enjoy them, but it's best to have a taste for them to fully appreciate the menu. A truly wonderful experience in an exceptional setting, which I highly recommend.

02/06/2026: Ten of us came to celebrate the end of our spa treatment. A very good place, excellent food, very friendly staff, and a lovely setting. It's a shame we're leaving, otherwise we would have gladly returned 😁. Thank you for this wonderful time.

01/06/2026: Nice, large back terrace. The main courses were good. The desserts were a bit heavy, especially the strawberry cake, which I don't consider a true strawberry cake because it contained one whole strawberry and maybe another piece inside, all topped with a lot of cream and whipped cream. A bit more expensive than other restaurants.

16/05/2026: A very pleasant surprise. I highly recommend it. Impeccable service, very pleasant and friendly waitress. The crepes were varied and delicious. The Barcelonette is very original 👍. A restaurant to recommend.

24/04/2026: Parking nearby, less than 100m except on busy days. Moderate prices including daily crêpes and salad for €12. Exceptional gourmet coffee for €6.

21/02/2026: Industrial waffle, taken from a plastic bag (open kitchen, and waffles taken from the bag in front of customers...) Cold crepe, stuck to the plate, and rubbery; I don't know if the crepes are industrially produced like the waffles.

01/06/2026: A place where a stop is guaranteed to be pleasant! At the bar, the lemon sodas are perfect, as are Manon's smile and kindness. In the restaurant, the dishes are delicious and very generous, and the terrace is very inviting. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by.

26/05/2026: We had a lovely stay; the welcome was perfect, with very attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is a little outside of Manosque, but this provides a welcome sense of peace and quiet.
