18/09/2024: L’accueil : je pense que le sourire n’est pas dans l’ADN des serveurs. Le repas : 1 repas sur 4 correct, viande froide dont une où il a fallu se battre pour essayer de la couper, les frites ( si on peut appeler des frites) ressemblent à une fin de sachet surgelé. En général j’essaie toujours de rester sympa dans mes commentaires mais là c’est compliqué. Je ne recommande pas cette brasserie.

06/01/2026: We are regular customers of this establishment. Generally, we are quite satisfied with the service and the food. I am a fan of good fish. We came for lunch on January 1st, and what a disappointment it was! I was cold throughout the entire meal, which is very unpleasant when you're eating in the cold. And yet, the restaurant was quite busy; it could have made the dining room feel warmer. Now, let's talk about the food: the salmon was very good, simply presented, but tasty. The prawn ravioli was very dense, giving it a mushy taste, and was served lukewarm but cold inside. Furthermore, I wonder where the prawn was. The next course was a small veal tournedos served on a bed of mashed potatoes with a mustard sauce on the side. I didn't like the sauce at all, and in fact, I left it on the edge of my plate. As for the dessert, I won't even mention it; it was a huge disappointment. We found it so sickening that we only managed two bites and left everything else. And now, let's talk about the bill. Of course, we knew the set menus were €48 per person, but when we arrived, I paid €98, and the worst part is, I didn't even realize it right away. Not only did we not eat well, but we were also ripped off. It's not the extra €2 they charged us, but the way they handled it, especially since the bill was printed on the computer, making it impossible to make a mistake. I find it very unfortunate because I used to enjoy coming to this place. Restaurants these days are increasingly disappointing.

04/07/2025: Very well located hotel, but very outdated. Friendly staff. One downside, however, is the crème Catalane (Crème Catalane, or crème brûlée for other regions) for €10.

18/06/2025: Just asked for a coffee even though I wasn't staying at the hotel, and I was served like one of their guests. ☺️ Great coffee and little treats (cakes, small croissant) served on the terrace for €2.50. Super friendly service. I won't miss staying at this hotel one day. 👍

07/09/2025: 5-night stay. Very pleasant, beautifully decorated rooms, very friendly staff (special mention to the receptionist we had on the first day and the gentleman from Compiègne who worked for breakfast). However, I have two small things that would make me think about returning: - Breakfast ended too early for us, as we weren't spa guests. A vacation in the south means maximum relaxation for us :) (but that's a very personal opinion). - Unheated pool. For a 4-star hotel, I find it disappointing. On nice days, you have to be motivated to get going, but it works. But we arrived the day after a storm, and I think the water temperature was 18/19... not what you expect after a 9-hour drive south. Aside from that, the quiet establishment and attentive staff make it a pleasure to spend a few days there.

31/08/2024: Nowadays, it is hard to find restaurateurs who are fully aware of possible cooking or other errors. I would like to say that this restaurateur is to be recommended with his eyes closed (for ours due to a cooking error which assessed the proposal to recook and the failure to cover the burger on the bill by the manager.) I salute this professionalism. On the other hand, all the menus were divine. WELL DONE..!

This is true for the accompaniment (rice, etc.) and the slightly light starter. for breakfast it's obvious, 2 mini croissants with 2 pieces of bread as big as a middle finger. Overall I think the quality/price ratio is bad. I was at the rate of 110 euros for half board, given the service we should be at 80 euros max
