19/09/2025: I booked online, which went smoothly, but once I arrived at the restaurant... it was closed! I looked everywhere; I was definitely at the right door. The online opening hours matched the website and my reservation. Furthermore, I called, but the number wasn't even in service, and there was no information whatsoever, neither the opening hours on their door nor any message indicating they were closed. It's in moments like these that you see how little they care about their customers.

11/05/2026: The setting was very pleasant and relaxing, with the sound of the river right next to it making the experience truly enjoyable. We started with a charcuterie board to share between two people: a decent portion, beautiful presentation, and the products were quite good. One small drawback, however, was that the bread was a little dry. As for the main course, the chicken was tasty and cooked perfectly. The chestnut sauce was excellent; I would have liked a little more, it was so delicious. On the other hand, there were very few chipolatas on the plate, which was a bit of a shame. Finally, the ice cream for dessert was good and a nice way to end the meal. Overall, a good experience, especially for the setting and the soothing atmosphere.

10/05/2026: A Laubrac steak barely bigger than a regular steak and way overcooked, even though I ordered it medium! And the floating island dessert? I'm still looking for the custard! Absolutely terrible!

23/03/2026: We stayed one night and received a very warm welcome. We ate at the restaurant and frankly, it was excellent – ​​generous portions and high quality 👌 I highly recommend it; the view from the terrace and our room was truly magnificent. Very satisfied with this experience, thank you.

26/10/2025: We had lunch at the restaurant Au Chat Bleu, to our great pleasure. This establishment, which accepted us without a reservation (Thank you!!!), is located high up in a very pretty little village and is worth the detour: a magnificent setting, charming interior decoration giving pride of place to cats, lovely view from the windows or the terrace, family cooking, well-served dishes, friendly staff. We tasted a mixed platter and two local beers, we recommend both!

01/06/2026: Unprofessional service; I can't comment on the drinks or ice cream, but it took so long for them to take our order, the ladies were chatting away with their acquaintances, that we left after 10 minutes. There are other establishments in town that actually serve their customers, even if they're not from the immediate area.

18/04/2026: Incredible value for money! The set menu was flawless from start to finish, including the aperitif and digestif. I highly recommend it!

16/04/2026: €6.50 for a glass of undrinkable punch. The food is even worse than a school cafeteria. The waiter didn't even ask how the meat would be cooked. The dishes had no flavor. The fries and the hamburgers were frozen. The sauce was nothing more than basic, mass-produced ketchup. The bread probably came from a bakery, but it was dry.

24/02/2026: Very disappointed with this "restaurant." It's a shame because the setting is beautiful. First, the restaurant is huge, but it was practically empty; there were only three tables. Second, the pizza crust was inedible, even though the owner gave us a second knife; the dough was extremely hard. Third, the dessert was mass-produced; the whipped cream from a can melted incredibly quickly on the plate. And fourth, the owner completely ignored us, except for a smile when we brought the bill. There were two of us, and we won't be going back. We were very disappointed.

28/11/2025: A true gem, this unpretentious bar/restaurant offers delicious home-style cooking at very reasonable prices. The excellent service and relaxed atmosphere make for a truly enjoyable meal! One of the few restaurants in town that serves late, I regularly had lunch there after 1:30 pm when no other restaurant would serve me... I highly recommend this establishment.

19/10/2025: Barely arrived at 1:50 p.m., no one noticed us on the terrace, after a long minute, I told myself that I would go and order inside, barely opened the door, I was reproached that I should have closed it, I entered this cramped room until I reached the dirty and messy counter, where a little old lady said to me in an authoritarian tone "what is it for?" , I told her about my order of 2 coffees and a carafe of water, but I was only allowed 2 glasses of water after complaining that my colleague and I did not have lunch, even though the sign clearly said BRASSERIE, CAFÉ, in short I asked her to pay by card and she gave me a curt no, accusing me of not having read the sign "credit card from 10 euros" which was only a few centimeters thick, to finish in my incredible kindness I offered to take the tray and bring it back to her but there too she was full so you have to know how to question yourself when you run a local business in customer service.

26/05/2026: Indeed, we share the most recent reviews! Very disappointed, far too expensive for the quality of the meal. The salads at €16, when they're generously filled, are a nice touch... but when you see them arrive... there's practically nothing in them. The set menu... not much better, with just a small potato... the exorbitant prices of the desserts... in short, the bill was a hefty €137 considering what we actually got on our plates! We left hungry, it's truly outrageous, you really need to rethink your approach. Don't be fooled by the restaurant's attractive exterior; it's not everything. The service was pleasant, though, with a very friendly waiter. In short, we wanted to celebrate Mother's Day early... but it was a bust for this restaurant; we absolutely do not recommend it. This was mentioned to the owner on the bill, but he didn't offer any compensation.

17/05/2026: Disappointed by this restaurant's cuisine, supposedly Lyonnaise, with only 30g of caillette in the salad of the same name, tasteless andouillette reheated in a casserole dish with wine, reheated potatoes, industrial desserts, and a minimal portion. The only positive point was the service by a professional and pleasant employee.

18/05/2026: Disappointment at this bakery. The products were poorly presented; some cakes were stuck together and unappetizing. The shop lacks organization and gives an impression of disarray. The prices are quite high for the quality, which doesn't really live up to expectations. An improvement is definitely needed.

13/04/2026: The setting is very pleasant with free parking for motorcyclists and paid parking for cars. I don't think the parking is managed by the hostel. Unfortunately, the prices at this restaurant are very, very high. A basic hamburger for 23 euros (with hardly anything in it and not much flavor). Not to mention the exorbitant price of the desserts. We didn't even order any. And the price of the children's menu for either a plate of pasta or chicken nuggets 😱 In short, we stopped once and we won't be back. P.S. No prices are listed on the website... And for good reason 🧐
