14/11/2025: A warm welcome and a superb restaurant in the evening. The rooms were decent, although we had to remove a large spider from one of them. Our main criticism concerns breakfast, where we had to order our cheese (only Camembert, unfortunately), ham, jam, yogurt, cereal, and fruit individually from the waitress. She did serve us with a smile (thank you very much!), but we think allowing guests to serve themselves from the buffet would be better for everyone.

08/11/2025: My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room wasn't properly cleaned upon our arrival, and the bed was uncomfortable. Noise from outside and other rooms made for difficult nights. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very helpful or responsive when we reported these issues. I expected a better experience for the price I paid.

06/10/2025: Consistently good food, great service and friendly staff. Have been a regular visitor to Ruoms for many years and it’s always a pleasure to visit Ti’One. Thanks guys!

02/10/2025: Not possible right now, since the website says it's open, but it looks like it's already closed on October 2nd. Then they should adjust the opening hours.

07/02/2026: Hello, it's a rustic restaurant with decent menus. The only major drawback is the coffee: €5 for that price, and I was charged a "gourmet coffee."

02/04/2026: I ate there several years ago, and I went back again today. It's always a pleasure to go. Whether it's the meals, the desserts, the coffee, or the tea, I'm never disappointed! It's a place I recommend without hesitation 😊 Special mention for the daily special tart; it was delicious!

18/03/2026: Excellent! I had a panini. The fresh, crispy bread was perfect, and for dessert, a homemade salted caramel crepe—delicious! Highly recommended.

22/09/2025: Very disappointed with the gîtes. We booked a two-night weekend stay, including dinner, lunch, and breakfast. We left in the middle of the night – it was so hot! Impossible to sleep, no air conditioning! We had a mediocre meal on Friday evening. We arrived Friday and left Friday night – shameful! The weekend was expensive!! In short, a place to avoid, at least in the summer.

13/03/2026: There were six of us and we had a wonderful evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the generous and delicious savory and sweet galettes. The service was quick and friendly.

27/02/2026: First impression: a warm and inviting room, and I was shown to my table instantly, which was great. However, after our drinks and food arrived at lightning speed, without even a polite greeting like "enjoy your meal," the waitress disappeared into the kitchen for a good 10 minutes… and what about my sauces for the floury fries? When she finally reappeared, I asked for my sauces, only to discover they were expired once they were on my plate. And then there was the small dessert: tomato seeds on the sugar crepe… I'm giving it 3 stars because the food was what you'd pay, and the atmosphere was pleasant. But don't expect friendly service, based on my experience. And when it came time to pay, not a word, just the price announced, the card reader placed on the terminal, and goodbye. Not a single request for feedback, nothing… It's a shame because it's all these little things that spoil the experience…

16/12/2025: I ordered two ham and mushroom pizzas for takeout last night for €27! The price is excessive for the quality I received. The dough was so thin that it soaked the cardboard box and the slices were soggy and impossible to eat properly. Furthermore, one of the pizzas was missing a piece. Given the price I paid, I am very disappointed with this experience. The value for money is absolutely not there, and therefore, I will not be ordering from your establishment again.

11/09/2025: A real surprise! Delicatessen dishes, a blend of Lebanese and Ardèche cuisine. Local and organic products at very reasonable prices. Please note: no credit cards accepted. But hey... Come and discover!

31/08/2025: Hello! We took a 25-kilometer bike ride to visit the pretty village of Naves. And of course, we stopped at La Sardine. The place is magnificent, with its well-shaded terrace overlooking the medieval streets of this pretty village. The waitress has a charming smile and made us feel very welcome. She explained the menu to us, pointing to the blackboards hanging on the wall. My wife and I were delighted. Our plates were served. And then, well, how can I put it, I completely disagree with the previous reviews. We were disappointed. First, the price. 16 euros for a small Cévennes platter… Three mixed sausages, a small piece of caillette, half a goat cheese… All that for 16 euros? I forgot that two tapas were included. But what if we want to add tapas? 7 euros each… It goes quickly… And the problem is that you can't order too much since credit cards aren't accepted. Cash and checks only. On the other hand, the citrus beer was perfect. Unfortunately, we didn't have the budget to try the ice creams, which looked very promising. Because when you're cycling or hiking, it's not often you leave with a lot of cash… Conclusion: the place is great, but expensive compared to the quantities offered. Accept credit cards. Sure, there will be bank fees. But you'll save so much…

25/03/2026: Delicious food at reasonable prices – despite the tiny portion of rice costing an extra €3. The waiter shuffled around the restaurant looking unmotivated when he wasn't at his computer. The ambiance wasn't very nice, and the plastic chairs were cold. But the food was good and hot – what more could you want?

15/01/2026: Lunch for two. The restaurant was soulless, not even heated to a comfortable temperature for customers, and the service was deplorable. There was absolutely no interaction with us (we were the only table). Our starter was a shrimp salad with no Asian dressing, just a plastic bottle of buttercup brandy placed directly on the table 🤔 – unheard of! The waiter was hiding behind the counter, not asking for coffee or a digestif after the meal, nor for the bill. He didn't even escort his customers to the door. In short, the service was on par with McDonald's. I do not recommend it.
