14/07/2024: Welcomed with respect and politeness. Excellent meal, from start to finish. Well stocked dish, menu far from excessive for what was offered. Cheese and dessert platter. A traditional restaurant of very good quality as there are few. I recommend !

13/09/2024: The dishes are superbly successful, there is work, detail, real flavors, what a shame that the dining team creates such a cold atmosphere in the establishment. There would sincerely be a questioning on the part of the sommelier to be had... what a shame.

18/08/2024: Simple and comfortable hotel but the restaurant is absolutely magnificent. Refined and creative cuisine served by a great team in the shaded patio. A well-deserved Michelin star for Chef Olivier Samin. The wine list is superb and the local products excellent.
04/08/2024: Le menu homard dégusté en ce mois d’août est extraordinaire et vaut vraiment le détour. Tout y est: l’équilibre des saveurs des textures la maîtrise parfaite des cuissons d’un produit nobles et exigeant et un dessert à l’abricot en apothéose. Bref du grand art !

We had a very good and generous bruschetta salad plate.
Good little restaurant.
16/08/2024: We had 2 pizzas to take away. Ke time to take a look they were ready even though we hadn't booked, but above all they were very good we recommend.

05/09/2024: Evening meal during which the superb outdoor terrace was unfortunately not accessible because it was a little cool. So we ate inside in a beautiful room which was extremely noisy. Really not pleasant to have a conversation. The flank steak was good and served with small potatoes and ratatouille cooked over a wood fire. Dessert with sweet chocolate Religieuse (a little hard!). Great service with a young and dynamic team.

When we went there in September, little activity inside the estate. However, the infrastructure and chalets are great with a suitable parking space! I also recommend the spa which is located at the height of the estate and which is a private spa. Perfect jacuzzi with good temperature! I recommend for people who want peace and quiet.
