06/03/2026: Whether as a team, with family, for a lunch break, or for Christmas dinner... we've always received a very warm welcome and left delighted! The food is excellent, delicious, fresh, and homemade (and above all, the best Caesar salad you'll ever eat is at Althéa!!)

22/04/2026: Nestled amidst stunning natural surroundings, with fields ablaze with daffodils, a few cows already grazing outside, donkeys, and horses, the hotel is truly open to nature. The warm welcome immediately puts you at ease. The comfortable rooms are very peaceful. The homemade cuisine, featuring local products, introduces you to new flavors, such as various dishes with Fin Gras du Mézenc beef, beef rillettes, hay ice cream, and a variety of jams (including elderflower). The cheese platter is very generous, offering a wide selection of cheeses from the surrounding area. The owners are very attentive to their guests. In short, a place to discover for a truly enjoyable stay; well worth a detour if you're in the area.

02/05/2026: Garage for motorcycles actively offered. Room and dinner were great. We've had better breakfasts. The baguette wasn't fresh, there were no croissants, and the coffee was so-so.

02/05/2026: Arthur and Léa create refined and delicious local cuisine. The dishes are served with kindness and passion. A place you absolutely must try. Special mention goes to the trout in a Moroccan spice sauce, the recipe for which Léa keeps secret.

It's a real restaurant, not a brasserie. Delicious, high-quality, sophisticated dishes, and very professional service with a smile. A word of advice: Book ahead!

24/04/2026: Passing through the area, we stopped at this very quiet little bar/restaurant. In the shade of the trees, we enjoyed a delicious meal accompanied by the friendly owners. They offer only one set menu, a guarantee of fresh, local produce. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

19/04/2026: A flawless gastronomic and panoramic experience! A wonderful family birthday meal at Restaurant Les Sapins. The setting is enchanting with its elegant dining room and panoramic views of the forest. Bravo to the chef for his memorable trout with crayfish flambéed in cognac and to the chef for her exquisite Ardèche Escapade. Everything is homemade, showcasing local products with rare finesse. From the amuse-bouche to the coffee, the presentation is a true work of art. Professional service and a warm welcome. An exceptional address in the Ardèche that we highly recommend!

25/09/2025: The interior is terrible, a storage room, and the waiter should really change the pasta he's cooking with. He washes his hands, then wipes his nose, then touches the salad, and nobody cracks a smile. I won't be going back, run away!

05/05/2026: The initial welcome was friendly, but as the meal progressed, this became less so, bordering on rudeness... disappointing. The food was very good, but the portions were disappointing (the caillette was a small dumpling cut in half, accompanied by 4 or 5 small new potatoes), and there was an enormous salad to fill the plate 😡😡😡. Still hungry, we ordered a plate of local cheeses, which were placed on the table without any explanation of the varieties... we felt like we were being treated like clueless tourists 😤😤. So, very disappointed, which is a real shame because the village itself is exceptional!
