25/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery last night, and yet I've lived in the Ardennes for a long time! The welcome was warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients; you can taste the homemade touch and the passion in the kitchen. The portions are generous, and the value for money is truly excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant, ideal for both a meal with friends and a more relaxed dinner. Frankly, I regret not having come sooner… but I'll definitely be back very soon!

15/01/2026: Excellent welcome, super friendly staff. The food is delicious, homemade, and reasonably priced. The service is incredibly fast. We had a great time, and it's open on Monday evenings – a bonus!

03/12/2025: Ugh, very disappointed. We had a reservation a week in advance and they weren't expecting us. There were no more menu options... I won't elaborate further. I won't be going back.

20/01/2025: Very good time at the Garden Ice café. This establishment enjoys an exceptional location on Place Ducale. We have been coming there for over 5 years, each time we visit Charleville Mézières. It's cozy, well decorated and we are well received. We finally tasted the cuisine. Our server MAXIME was impeccable: polite, smiling and good advice. We ate very well. We will come back, that's for sure!

31/08/2025: Hello, Five years ago, during COVID, we had to find an alternative for our weekend in the Ardennes. There was a lockdown, and we couldn't return to the Paris region. We found this magnificent place as a last resort, and frankly, we weren't disappointed. A very warm welcome and a magnificent and pleasant setting, not to mention the service and the hospitality of the staff. And the restaurant was very good. Highly recommended. We plan to come back for a weekend. Have a good Sunday!

08/09/2024: Good atmosphere and cozy decor, but the most important thing is of course the food and that was absolutely fantastic 😋 Of course I can't forget Abby who puts a smile on everyone's face 😃 The wines are also delicious and, as previously described by others, personal and suitable for every dish. 04/11/2025: 10/10 and I mean it because I spent TEN NIGHTS here convalescing a minor cycling ailment 🤣 I could not have picked a better rural location to do so while staying on-budget. The campground offers nice pitches, clean bathrooms and hot water, a washing machine/dryer, very good pizza on Mondays and Thursdays, and a small store that likely has what you need, particularly if it’s good beer. The amenities are tremendous: There is a wonderful lake for swimming and several delightful walking trails leading to the village only 15-20 minutes away. Buzancy itself offers two excellent restaurants, a very good grocery store, and a patisserie. Best of all, the multilingual campground hosts Petrie and Tony are exceptionally cheerful and helpful. I will never forget my time in Buzancy.

07/07/2025: Very good restaurant. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear as a "restaurant" on Google Maps! But the food is good, the place is well visited, and it's highly recommended.

06/07/2025: Small room with comfortable bedding, miniature TV that serves no purpose! Quite noisy overall but clean, toilet and sink from another era!

04/11/2025: The waitress needs to brush up on her basics: the salt shaker was empty at our table and remained so until dessert. She chatted more with her regulars and forgot about everyone else. The service was far too slow. The food was decent, nothing more. It's time to change the menu, breathe new life into the cuisine, and modernize it a bit. That's my advice!
