25/01/2026: What a wonderful discovery last night, and yet I've lived in the Ardennes for a long time! The welcome was warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and you immediately feel at ease. The dishes are delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients; you can taste the homemade touch and the passion in the kitchen. The portions are generous, and the value for money is truly excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant, ideal for both a meal with friends and a more relaxed dinner. Frankly, I regret not having come sooner… but I'll definitely be back very soon!

15/01/2026: Excellent welcome, super friendly staff. The food is delicious, homemade, and reasonably priced. The service is incredibly fast. We had a great time, and it's open on Monday evenings – a bonus!

10/01/2026: The takeaway was nothing like what was expected... Bland, and some ingredients were missing from the menu. Everyone was disappointed. The fig confit was replaced with pear compote, and the morel sauce was forgotten.

31/08/2025: Hello, Five years ago, during COVID, we had to find an alternative for our weekend in the Ardennes. There was a lockdown, and we couldn't return to the Paris region. We found this magnificent place as a last resort, and frankly, we weren't disappointed. A very warm welcome and a magnificent and pleasant setting, not to mention the service and the hospitality of the staff. And the restaurant was very good. Highly recommended. We plan to come back for a weekend. Have a good Sunday!

04/01/2026: The selected products are of undeniable quality and served professionally by the waitstaff. We do, however, miss Monsieur Gérard's infectious cheerfulness. His eyes sparkled with his love for service and his family's cooking. The presentation of the various dishes is refined, and the pairings are creative. We ordered two different menus. The first menu offered simple, well-prepared ingredients with excellent wine pairings. My husband loved it. The presentation was very sophisticated. The second menu was a little more disappointing compared to the first. The presentation was simpler, too simple compared to the first. The dishes served were rather bland. A shame, because the foie gras and sweetbreads were superb on their own! Perhaps they should consider a slightly bolder or more flavorful accompaniment? Although the rum is already a bold choice on the plate! For dessert, I chose the coffee-themed selection. Oh dear, the texture of the creams was gelatinous, and only the small biscuit pieces added any flavor to these various (frozen, etc.) creams. Perhaps I should have chosen the honey dessert... which seemed very daring. We will return because I'm sure this establishment has the potential to improve, and the servers are all very friendly and discreet; we had a pleasant time. A good place where, as everywhere, things can be improved for an extraordinary culinary experience. Maintaining the authenticity of the dish without altering it is a difficult task for chefs. A deleme... Mr. and Mrs. Cahen, we look forward to returning to your establishment.

02/01/2026: Exquisite and sophisticated cuisine for this seven-course New Year's Eve 2026 meal. And despite my food intolerances, the chef prepared a succulent and exceptionally refined meal. Congratulations to the chef and the entire very friendly team.

20/01/2025: Very good time at the Garden Ice café. This establishment enjoys an exceptional location on Place Ducale. We have been coming there for over 5 years, each time we visit Charleville Mézières. It's cozy, well decorated and we are well received. We finally tasted the cuisine. Our server MAXIME was impeccable: polite, smiling and good advice. We ate very well. We will come back, that's for sure!

18/01/2026: Excellent inn, already featured in the Michelin Guide for a long time. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes. The sweetbreads were superb! :) The beef was one of the best my son has ever eaten. The meagre fillet was very good.

Don't hesitate to step into the imaginary world of comics, manga, and games while enjoying a meal, a snack, tea, or coffee. The upstairs also holds some delightful surprises! It's an incredibly pleasant place, just like the wonderful people who bring it to life in every role! You can purchase beautiful notebooks, journals, and postcards, each one more beautiful than the last... Settle in under the outdoor pergola when the weather is nice, and as an added bonus, you might even be greeted by a cat! 🐱 As you can see, Plume et Bulle is a truly magical place!
