It's impossible not to find something to enjoy, whether it's an aperitif or a beautifully presented meal, in a cozy setting where time seems to stand still in the gentle atmosphere created by the radiant owner, Karine Arnaud, and her team. As for the dynamic chef, Eric Arnaud, he delights us with his magnificent dishes, each with its own elegant presentation and flavors that transport us back to a time when people took the time to create rich, flavorful sauces, not to mention the expertly crafted sauces that whisk us away to a paradise of fine food and the good life. It's thanks to them that life sparkles in Place Ducale. A must-try!

31/08/2025: Hello, Five years ago, during COVID, we had to find an alternative for our weekend in the Ardennes. There was a lockdown, and we couldn't return to the Paris region. We found this magnificent place as a last resort, and frankly, we weren't disappointed. A very warm welcome and a magnificent and pleasant setting, not to mention the service and the hospitality of the staff. And the restaurant was very good. Highly recommended. We plan to come back for a weekend. Have a good Sunday!

21/02/2026: We would need three pages to express how we felt about this superb evening spent at La Gourmandière... the welcome, the service, the flavors, the sommelier's guidance in finding the perfect pairings... simply SUBLIME. While perfection may not (in theory) exist, I've never been so close to it.

28/08/2024: On August 14th, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant. We were greeted by staff who were unfriendly and unfriendly at all, which was a shame. However, the gourmet cuisine was delicious. With a lovely decor.

19/01/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Le Diapason on a Saturday evening, and it was a truly memorable experience. Its location on the quayside, overlooking the Meuse River, offers a breathtaking view, especially when seated by the window. Upon entering, you're welcomed into an intimate bar, complete with comfortable Chesterfield armchairs and a small ethanol fireplace, creating a warm and romantic atmosphere. For our meal, we opted for the seafood menu, and each dish was a delight. The scallops were excellent, the fish remarkably delicate, and the sauces were perfectly complemented. The suggested wine pairing enhanced the entire experience, and the presentation was impeccable. In short, a highly recommended spot for an unforgettable experience. However, it's worth noting that the price may not be suitable for everyone.

15/02/2026: The welcome was perfect, all the staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was beautiful, very clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The meals offered were very good. The breakfast was very complete, with sweet and savory options, fruit, and more. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay at the Auberge de l'Abbaye de Signe.

Everything was perfect: a warm welcome, efficient and discreet service that allowed us time to enjoy our meals, and well-spaced tables that made us feel like we were sharing our lunch with our neighbors. 👍 The food was delicious and generous.
