14/09/2024: It was a discovery while passing through Troyes.
Charming welcome.
Minimalist but very well thought out decoration.
What can we say about the meal... It was a delight from starter to dessert.. Beautiful presentation.. Time to taste each dish... without having the impression that the rest is already ready...
What can we say about the price... A low price... Which is very rare to be highlighted, especially with this quality.
A big congratulations...
14/09/2024: During our visit to Troyes we had lunch here:
2* starters and 2* main course.
We chose the daily recommendations (surprise) fish and meat and were not disappointed - the food was excellent.
Everything was right in terms of price - rather cheap for the quality.
The service was very nice and friendly.
We also liked the bright and airy ambience - another highlight in Troyes.

Discovery of the restaurant
Overall good, especially fish dishes and associated wines.
Trust the chef for the dishes too
4 stars: price a little high 220 e for 2 people (3 courses) + see the appetizers made between two bottles on the bar (raspberry tray and supermarket juice)! too bad for this last point which is a bit confusing when it comes to settling...
18/08/2024: We once again spent a good evening in the bucolic garden of Rosita. The decoration of the room is warm. The meal is refined, the quantity is there, the chef works with local products. I recommend the chef's specialty for cheese! And finally, a special mention for the service which is managed by a single person and despite that we are always well received.

23/11/2025: This was our first time on a road trip to Italy and found this place on Google maps, what an amazing place to stop off, the staff were so helpful, we will defiantly be returning in 2026.

29/09/2024: We were there on Sunday for 10 a.m. without reservation and were taken care of very quickly, the welcome was warm.
Once the order was placed we didn't wait long to be served.
The brunch was very generous and good, a little bonus on the homemade jam which was delicious!!! Too bad he didn't sell it...

I'm taking my grandma out for lunch today.
Today, we're having pollock steak and duck skewers!
"Mmm, it's good," said Grandma. Great taste, a lively atmosphere, and warm service. It's a welcome change from the retirement home! We get out, we laugh.
I highly recommend it.
Desserts for every taste. A lively place means it must be good.
11/11/2025: We hired Thierry and his team for our wedding. He gave us excellent advice on our choices. Everything was perfect and delicious. Thanks also to his waitresses. A truly great team; for anyone hesitating, you can book them without hesitation.

15/12/2024: Little brunch with friends for my husband's birthday. Magnificent moment. The choice of food is top notch. Everyone found what they were looking for (oysters, whelks, raclette, savory tart, lost brioche…. In short, the total. The team is super friendly. We will come back with pleasure.

13/11/2024: I made a reservation for a group of 19 people on Saturday for lunch. Everything was perfect. The dishes are excellent, the service efficient with lots of attention so that everyone can be satisfied. Everything is homemade and the restaurant is well located in the city. Thanks to Christophe, the boss and his son for his kindness and responsiveness. I recommend 100%.

09/08/2024: Température des aliments dans les vitrines absolument pas respectée. Les entrées et desserts étaient loin d'être au 4 degrés minimum obligatoire. Œuf mayonnaise chaud, pâté en croûte chaud, desserts à base de crème chaud. C'est inadmissible.
