Varied and very good dishes, gluten-free options and warm welcome.
We had a great evening.
02/11/2024: There were 4 of us, all delighted with the flavors of our dishes, we had time, which was good because the waiter, being alone, despite his super efficiency (while remaining very pleasant and neither stressed nor stressful) does not have 10 arms..
Absolutely worth booking because the room is not very large and it is a victim of its own success.
the prices I don't know I was invited.

26/09/2024: Second visit and still the same feeling. Exquisite dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. I live in Vaucluse but I will make a pilgrimage there at least once a year.
23/09/2024: As often happens, when expectations are raised to very high levels (rating 4.9/5 and “one of the best cuisines in Aix according to the GDR”), disappointment can arise. We don't know if the chef had a less good day, but we found the eggplant starter bland (and yet we appreciate delicate cooking) and the main course, tuna with vegetables, which was served cold, also surprised us with its lack of flavors.
This wasn't mediocre food, just not as good as we expected based on reviews shared on several sites.
Regarding the service, continuing the confirmation by 1) SMS 2) email + 3) by telephone (once confirmed by email) seemed a little excessive to us.

29/11/2024: After many meals spent at MITCH's, it was time for me to share my joy of returning there each time. Everything is fabulous there. Passing through the welcome, the warm side of the restaurant, the color and the exquisite taste of the constantly renewed dishes. It's always a surprise. And what a surprise. With each dish, we discover new flavors that our hosts take particular care to present to us to make us always want to return.

24/09/2024: Small restaurant with a simple menu and few place settings but the quality of the dishes is really there.
A little extra for the coffee at the end of the meal served according to the rules of the art. I recommend!

Excellent dishes, which change often, value for money that for the moment I have not found anywhere else.
Despite the crazy crowd (I understand why) pleasant and very responsive server.
A nugget!!!
09/07/2024: Homemade meals of excellent quality. The dishes are elaborate and full of flavors. The quantities of the dishes are generous. As for the desserts, they are incredible. Ordering on the site is very simple and the delivery is quality.

08/11/2024: Très bon petit restaurant au coeur d'Aix-en-Provence. L'accueil est chaleureux, les produits frais sont cuisinés maison et très joliment présentés. Des conseils sur les vins sont apportés... Bref, adresse à ne pas louper !

Extremely refined gourmet cuisine, a blend of flavors that go together perfectly.
We opted for a tasting menu at 82€/person
(5 services).
Considering the quality of the products, there is a very good quality/price ratio.
The little extra, easy-access free parking.
We will return with pleasure!
