25/06/2025: This was one of our very favorite experiences in France! It is a new concept by the chefs who want to combine exceptional gastronomy with a warm and pleasant evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. Wonderful ambiance, fun environment, spectacular food combined with out-of- this- world wines! I wish we had skipped other Michellin stared restaurants and just returned to this one again and again!

In the exceptional setting of a Provençal country house, your taste buds will be stimulated by the seasonal dishes from the "Menu Cézanne" currently on offer. Olivia will do her utmost to make you feel welcomed and pampered. Mickaël's dishes will surprise you! Come spend an unforgettable evening on Friday or Saturday nights, or on Thursday nights for the "wine & cheese/pâté en croute" evening. (Mickaël's pâté en croute is sublime!) 05/12/2025: We had a wonderful time and received a warm welcome. The duck breast was delicious and cooked to perfection 😍

02/12/2025: We ordered the duck confit, chicken and their in-house speciality, the pork and duck cassoulet. All the dishes tasted amazing and are a perfect reflection of what authentic French food should be! The duck confit and chicken was extremely fatty and tender. The cassoulet also tasted amazing with the extremely tender duck and pork. The service was amazing as the waiters constantly checked in on us to make sure we felt the food was okay and if we also needed more bread. To add on to our amazing experience, the Owner who is the chef surprised us with a small gift which really touched our hearts. Overall, the food tasted like a home- cooked meal cooked with love by the chef who has been cooking these dishes since 1985. This is probably one of the best restaurants I have eaten in aix-en-provence and I highly recommend others to try this restaurant if they ever come to aix-en-provence! 😋

02/11/2024: There were 4 of us, all delighted with the flavors of our dishes, we had time, which was good because the waiter, being alone, despite his super efficiency (while remaining very pleasant and neither stressed nor stressful) does not have 10 arms.. Absolutely worth booking because the room is not very large and it is a victim of its own success. the prices I don't know I was invited. enjoy!!

22/09/2024: Perfect, we had the mozzarella starter, the slow cooked marinated lamb with grilled risotto and shiitake risotto. Everything was quality but the lamb and grilled risotto was different universe, i could kiss the chef it was to tender and tasty. The staff were all super friendly including to our dog!

01/12/2025: The Forum is very nice and the setting remains pleasant. The atmosphere hasn't been the same since the takeover, and it's quite noticeable.
