23/07/2026: Dinner reservation using a Smartbox voucher. A supplement of €13 per person was quoted over the phone, then €16 when it came time to pay! The parking lot was full, and we were offered a disabled parking space… Unacceptable. The service was disappointing: the waitress didn't know the menu (she had to ask the kitchen for every question we had, and according to her, lemongrass is a citrus fruit…). The meal was subpar: the fish was full of bones, the sauce was far too greasy, and the dessert was dry. The bottle of white wine we ordered was served in a dirty ice bag. We felt we were being treated unfairly because we were using a Smartbox voucher. It's a shame, especially since my email sent after our visit went unanswered. Very disappointed. There are much better restaurants in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence.

16/08/2026: A wonderful stop in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence to rediscover Olga restaurant (our second visit). Excellent cuisine, a blend of Provençal flavors and Mediterranean touches, featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients – ravioli (alla mediterranea) with citrus pesto and Bellota Iberian pork. A warm and welcoming atmosphere, pleasant and attentive service. A highly recommended spot for a delicious meal in the heart of Saint-Rémy.

I stopped by chance and it became my go-to spot for the next three days... homemade food 🙏🎉...it still exists in very touristy places 🙏 It was very good Set menu for €26 👍 Special mention for my homemade lemonade And thank you to Max for his warm welcome and kindness... A lovely discovery that I highly recommend The bread is also excellent Thank you for these wonderful moments

04/05/2026: Le Bistrot at Hotel de Tourrel : Recently opened adds another beautiful experience to the already existing Michelin starred restaurant and rooftop (depending on season) The setting strikes a lovely balance, relaxed and sophisticated at once, the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease while everything around you reflects real care and attention. The service is genuinely top-notch; attentive, friendly, and perfectly timed. The menu is varied and attractive, the food absolutely delicious, and the prices extremely reasonable for the quality on offer.

03/05/2026: Lovely little boutique hotel right in the middle of Saint-Remy-de-Provence. Staff will recognize you almost immediately after you check in, and will do everything they can to make your stay excellent. Very quiet inside, although realistically the town is also quiet which helps. There's a pool (!!), although not heated. It'll be cold if you're visiting in the off-season. The dinner restaurant, Restaurant de Tourrel, is also incredible, must do.

20/08/2026: We came on August 19th (yesterday) and everything was absolutely fantastic. The welcome was excellent, the food was perfect and very tasty, with just the right amount of food. We were recommended some very good wines. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

19/08/2026: An unforgettable experience We stayed in one of the annexes, a veritable private house within the hotel, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The place is magnificent, with a splendid swimming pool and a peaceful, charming setting. The staff is lovely, warm, and always attentive. We also highly recommend the massage offered as an additional service: a truly relaxing experience. An unforgettable stay in an exceptional location. We will gladly return!

17/08/2026: A perfect stay at Mas de la Marine! A magical moment in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. The setting is magnificent, peaceful, and quintessentially Provençal. A huge thank you to Ève for her incredibly warm welcome and thoughtful touches that made all the difference! We also loved Alya’s Garden: excellent bistronomic cuisine, delicious, fresh, and bursting with local flavors. A place where you'll truly enjoy a meal thanks to chef Sylvestre Wahid and his entire team, in a friendly atmosphere. We will definitely be back!

09/08/2026: It's always a pleasure to come to Chez Mamine's terrace. We're served with a smile, in a very reasonable time considering the number of tables to serve, and the portions are delicious! Don't change a thing.

09/08/2026: We had lunch as a family and thoroughly enjoyed our meal (dish of the day - roast veal, new potatoes and grilled peppers - & lemon meringue tarts) and the quick and very friendly service. The portions were generous. Truly, everything was perfect. The setting is very pleasant.

She was particularly attentive to our 19-month-old son, who also thoroughly enjoyed his stay. We especially appreciated the absolute tranquility of this establishment. It's a true haven of peace where we were able to relax and recharge. The garden is magnificent, with superb roses that add so much charm to the place. The pool is perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. We left feeling refreshed and delighted with our stay. This place is ideal for a romantic getaway or for a family seeking peace and quiet in a beautiful setting. Thank you again to Laurence for all her thoughtful touches. We will gladly return!

26/05/2026: Don't be fooled; this is a bed and breakfast that you'll pay the price of a very nice hotel. At first glance, the location and aesthetics of the establishment are ideal: 2 minutes from St. Rémy de Provence and a beautiful traditional farmhouse. The property also has ample parking. The room itself, however, is rather basic and already has some flaws that are not worthy of a 4-star hotel: no curtains on the windows (meaning that during the day you're either seen, or you close the curtains and live in darkness), limescale on the bathtub faucet, no hand soap, and a broken minibar. Then, in the morning, breakfast won't give you the impression that you're getting your money's worth. There are few "homemade" products (only yogurt and jams), and the fruit isn't local (a real shame considering all the grocery stores and markets in the region). Furthermore, even though breakfast is served briefly (8:30-10:00 AM), arrive early! Items are rarely replenished, and your selection will likely dwindle very quickly. Finally, the biggest disappointment comes from the service. It clearly tries to project a "Grand Palace" image, but this is merely a facade, and there is absolutely no flexibility to back it up. First, before your stay, you'll receive a phone call asking for your arrival time, only to be told that check-in is only possible from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Thank you, I can read… Secondly, there is no receptionist or security personnel present after 8:00 PM until the morning: guests are therefore left to their own devices, with only a number to call in case of emergency. This is acceptable for a guesthouse, but it's not what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel. One rather unsettling anecdote: you're warned to be careful not to lock the reception entrance door, otherwise some guests might find themselves locked out because their key won't open the door, leaving them stranded. It's unbelievable! There's no food service, and be warned, eating or drinking in the rooms is strictly forbidden! Is this a boarding school or a hotel? Finally, be aware that it's not explicitly stated, and at no point, but check-out time is 11:00 AM, not noon. Even if you simply apologize and say you weren't aware of this, they'll try to prove you wrong. In short, it's a beautiful establishment with a lovely facade, but it's sold at an astronomical price compared to the subpar services offered.
