27/04/2026: Excellent meal in a wonderful setting. The owner and the young woman are very friendly. We're looking forward to our trip to Normandy in July to try her crêpes at her new location in Lisieux! We had a lovely time, and since I couldn't decide between leeks or mushrooms, the lady made me a mix of both!

11/04/2026: We received a warm welcome upon arrival, with staff who were responsive, attentive, and professional throughout the entire service. We were quickly seated at a particularly pleasant table in a slightly retro setting that added considerable charm to the experience. As for the cuisine, both the appetizers and main courses lived up to our expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the combinations well-thought-out, and the presentation meticulous; each dish reflected serious work and a commitment to offering a truly refined culinary experience. The dessert service was also original and delightful: the servers invited guests to approach a display case visible from the street to choose their dessert. This presentation showcased pastries worthy of a top-tier establishment, as beautiful as they were delicious. In short, it was a truly wonderful experience, offering excellent value for money considering the quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

The service is impeccable, and the small inner courtyard offers an unexpected haven of peace. The menu is short but bursting with Mediterranean flavors, and each dish is prepared with care – a special mention goes to the patio, perfect for a quiet dinner away from the crowds. The welcome is attentive, the service discreet, and you can taste the passion in every dish. The prices are very reasonable for the quality (set menus around €32-42), and the place is ideal for a romantic evening or a meal with food-loving friends. Be sure to book, as the dining room is small and the restaurant is very popular! A real favorite for those who like to take the time to savor authentic, local, and generous cuisine. 02/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at Mas Valentine; everything was perfect! The rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding, and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The new manager is very accommodating and pleasant; she did everything to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible, and you can tell she's passionate about her work! The wellness area can always be reserved privately, which is a real plus compared to other establishments. The outdoor pool is lovely, and we'll definitely be back to try it out during the summer season!

01/03/2026: A very pretty hotel, tastefully decorated, and a charming, typical building. Laurence's welcome and service were very professional and pleasant. The room was spacious enough, with thoughtful touches, and very quiet. There were a few minor drawbacks, but they didn't spoil our stay: - The room wasn't very soundproofed from the hallway noise, but since the hotel was very quiet, it wasn't a problem. - The breakfast was adequate, though it could have used a few more items despite Laurence's efforts. We can't comment on the pool, as it wasn't open yet due to the season. We weren't able to try the spa as it was fully booked (except at 9 am, which was a bit too early for us 😁). However, we did enjoy a very pleasant massage. We would like to thank Laurence for arranging it.

09/04/2026: A tastefully decorated restaurant offering a concise menu, but one comprised entirely of perfectly prepared dishes made with high-quality ingredients. The service is efficient, and the servers are very pleasant. A truly excellent restaurant with excellent value for money. Originally from the Beaujolais region, we were just passing through for a weekend, but if we return to the area, we will definitely go back!

22/03/2026: A wonderful discovery after a bad experience at another restaurant just before. The place is warm and inviting, with a pleasant atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The food is refined and delicious: the duck breast with mashed potatoes was a real treat, the meat tender and perfectly cooked. The service was attentive and professional from start to finish. Considering the quality of the food, the service, and the setting, the prices are quite reasonable. A very good restaurant in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence; I highly recommend it.

06/01/2026: We came to this restaurant for our New Year's Eve meal on January 1st, 2026, for the first time, and we weren't disappointed. The meal was very good without being too heavy, which was a plus! The service was also good, with a pause between each course. We will definitely return on other occasions!

07/12/2025: On this beautiful early October afternoon, we were drawn to this lovely, large terrace opposite the St-Remy town hall. It was quite large and busy, so the service was slow and not very friendly. However, the price was very reasonable for a fish dish and a salad.

28/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome. We wanted a table partly in the sun and partly in the shade, and we got it thanks to the friendly waiter and the cheerful staff. Excellent value for money. We ordered the set menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The savory pastries served with the aperitif were a nice touch.
