The menu is short but bursting with Mediterranean flavors, and each dish is prepared with care – a special mention goes to the patio, perfect for a quiet dinner away from the crowds. The welcome is attentive, the service discreet, and you can taste the passion in every dish. The prices are very reasonable for the quality (set menus around €32-42), and the place is ideal for a romantic evening or a meal with food-loving friends. Be sure to book, as the dining room is small and the restaurant is very popular! A real favorite for those who like to take the time to savor authentic, local, and generous cuisine. 26/10/2025: Great restaurant, great atmosphere, the waiter is really great, a really great knowledge of wines, you can get to know a wine list but also the really very local cuisine, really excellent from starter to dessert, an essential stop I think for your visit to Saint Remy, I highly recommend it!

02/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at Mas Valentine; everything was perfect! The rooms are very comfortable with excellent bedding, and the grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The new manager is very accommodating and pleasant; she did everything to ensure our stay was as enjoyable as possible, and you can tell she's passionate about her work! The wellness area can always be reserved privately, which is a real plus compared to other establishments. The outdoor pool is lovely, and we'll definitely be back to try it out during the summer season!

01/03/2026: A very pretty hotel, tastefully decorated, and a charming, typical building. Laurence's welcome and service were very professional and pleasant. The room was spacious enough, with thoughtful touches, and very quiet. There were a few minor drawbacks, but they didn't spoil our stay: - The room wasn't very soundproofed from the hallway noise, but since the hotel was very quiet, it wasn't a problem. - The breakfast was adequate, though it could have used a few more items despite Laurence's efforts. We can't comment on the pool, as it wasn't open yet due to the season. We weren't able to try the spa as it was fully booked (except at 9 am, which was a bit too early for us 😁). However, we did enjoy a very pleasant massage. We would like to thank Laurence for arranging it.

21/09/2024: Superb menu and service and ambience. This is a wonderful hotel in the centre of St Rémy en Provence where we stayed for almost a week. The hotel is incomparable - beautifully appointed and with staff who cannot do more to help. The dining room served breakfast as a buffet as well as cooked plates and it was an excellent experience - the menu for dinner was imaginative and of the highest quality as was the service. I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel as a hotel and as a restaurant and urge everyone in Provence to go there at least once on each holiday to that delightful region.

06/09/2024: Une belle découverte … arrivés un peu par hasard nous avons eu la dernière table de libre. L’aïoli et le thon au menu du jour nous ont enchantés ainsi que le clafoutis maison !

23/02/2026: €19.50 Set Menu Pork ribs with new potatoes. (Displayed outside on a large chalkboard) The amount of pork ribs was so small I still have a stomach ache from eating them! A child's portion! You can't get any smaller. The new potatoes were homemade mashed potatoes. (I commented on the shameful portion size; apparently it's normal, it's €19.50) lol The response was hilarious! The "illy" coffee, wow, and a dessert as small as the ribs! Tourist trap. Plus, the pork ribs and mashed potatoes were completely tasteless.

21/02/2026: Lovely brasserie, good selection of classic aperitifs, and especially a superb selection of excellent homemade desserts. Good background music 🎶

06/10/2025: According to the opening hours on Google the restaurant was supposed to be open tonight (Mo 6 Oct). Looked forward on dining here, but unfortunately it was closed. Dear owner: please don't use a Google page if you cannot be bothered to adjust the information 😒

25/12/2025: Meh... nice setting but unfriendly staff! We'd barely sat down when a young "waitress" came to tell us we had to order at the bar and bring our drinks back ourselves... Okay 🤔 but what was she even there for?? Besides wandering around the tables, standing behind us with her hands behind her back (giving the impression of being spied on)... Well, actually, she was keeping an eye on every single empty glass!!! I'd barely finished my drink when she practically pounced on it to clear it away, even though we hadn't all finished and were still sitting down!!! It's the whole "I got your money, now get out!" attitude. We wanted to order a second round... so we left! It's a shame the friendly atmosphere of cafes is disappearing 😞
