27/10/2025: The Saint Moritz, our favorite…, was a no-brainer after considering several other venues to host our wedding. We were looking for a modern venue with character and authenticity, with a room large enough for 100 people or more, a beautiful outdoor space, and nearby accommodations… we managed to tick all these boxes and add an extraordinary caterer with perfect timing, whom all our guests adored! A team that took great care to satisfy our wishes and make our day perfect. We couldn't have dreamed of anything better, and 100,000… thank yous wouldn't be enough to express the pleasure we had having our wedding in this setting of water, greenery, and stone, surrounded by a smiling, caring, professional, and attentive team! Don't change a thing, you unanimously won over 100 people, young and old alike!

10/09/2024: Accueil nul Serveur nul La parillada : une catastrophe gustative ...seiches dures et mal cuisinées Des sardines dont je doute encore de la fraîcheur Un riz safrane dont le grain tellement gros est déplaisant en bouche... Bref, j aurai du quitter ce lieu dès que j ai vu l état des toilettes !!!! Ces gens nuisent à la profession de restaurateurs !!!

22/08/2024: Un restaurant des plus classique. Service simple, sans fioritures. De la cuisine simple et peu travaillée, forcément, le tarif va avec.

Plus de prise de commande, plus de service à table pour le bar… Moi, quand je vais boire un coup après ma petite balade, j’adore qu’un(e)serveur(se) souriante(e) me dise bonjour, me demande ce dont j’ai envie… et me serve.. bah la, c’était avant… maintenant c’est vous qui faites le boulot! Mais je vous rassure vous payez toujours….. Ce système très anglo-saxon n’est pas fait pour moi… La terrasse a bien perdu de sa superbe…le café des bains n’est plus…

11/09/2024: We were stopping on the campsite near to this establishment, we ordered a take away from them. The service, quality and quantity were excellent. Wil use them again and highly recommend !

28/08/2024: Cheveux dans les burger et malade comme un chien le lendemain tout est ressortie et pareil pour certain amis avec les bruchetta

11/09/2024: Exceptionnel a royan pour qui aime lambiance marché et sud ouest. Nous y mangeons toutes les semaines, le menu est très raisonnable en prix, et chaque jour différent, cuisine du marché... juste à côté, donc facile pour se garer. Il y a beaucoup d habitués, preuve que la cuisine est bonne ! Ce dimanche piquilos en entrée, filet de bœuf exceptionnel avec sauce morilles et gâteau aux pommes excellent pour 24 euros. En semaine c'est un peu moins cher mais tout aussi bon. Personnel efficace et souriant. Les responsables jeunes et très aimables assurent dans la continuité tout en ayant adapté. Bref une pépite.

As for the food, it's a delight for the taste buds! The freshest ingredients are elevated by refined and inventive cuisine, with a presentation as beautiful as it is delicious. Each dish is a work of art, as pleasing to the eye as it is to the palate. I highly recommend this restaurant; it's flawless! An experience not to be missed.

10/02/2026: The food was good, not haute cuisine but very good value for money. Breakfast was a bit pricey for the limited selection, but it was all-you-can-eat. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I recommend it! 👍
