29/10/2025: Excellent place! We thoroughly enjoyed the charcuterie and cheeses as an aperitif. A delicious soup and veal tartare with citron followed, accompanied by a very good Corsican wine. The decor is as lovely as the food and the warm welcome. Don't hesitate!

04/05/2026: A short stopover in Girolata, with incredibly friendly and efficient service! The location is absolutely magical! It feels like you're at the ends of the earth. They are very attentive to the quality of their service.

25/04/2026: There were four of us—siblings and a brother-in-law—and on Saturday, the menu included squid with parsley and garlic, and linguine with squid and parsley (the same dish twice!). It didn't make sense. The portions were enormous and without vegetables, but very tasty. It would have been better to use half the amount of squid, perhaps accompanied by a chestnut and potato purée (a local option). On the other hand, the two desserts offered were beautiful and delicious! Worthy of a pastry chef! Imagine my surprise when, after asking to congratulate the person who made the desserts, a very talented young cook emerged from the kitchen! She's a real talent! I also chatted with the very friendly and courageous owner. At 75, he's still there to support his lovely daughter, who is just as charming as her father and is destined to take over the business. A very good restaurant on the rise; you'd think you were in the Caribbean!

15/04/2026: The setting is incredibly pleasant; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The service was perfect, quick, and efficient. The entire team was incredibly kind and attentive from beginning to end, which made the experience even more enjoyable. And what's more, the prices are more than reasonable considering the quality offered. I highly recommend it.

01/05/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson; the calm and discretion of the housekeeping staff were incredible. The massage at the spa was fantastic. Truly a marvelous moment of peace and serenity. We will definitely be back in October. Hats off to the whole team, a superb experience.

25/04/2026: A lovely property for a pleasant stay. A very pleasant view from our terrace and a very spacious bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Heated pool and plenty of sun loungers available. The breakfast was plentiful; we thoroughly enjoyed it. A place to remember.

12/05/2026: It had been over three years since our last visit to Ranch Campo, and we were surprised by all the changes. The rooms have been renovated, as has the entire ranch. Breakfast was excellent. The highlight of our stay was the horseback ride along the beaches of Palombaggia. The entire ranch staff took excellent care of us. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

12/04/2026: Simple but practical and clean room with everything you need. Very good breakfast with everything you could want. Just missing eggs. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The view was breathtaking.

27/03/2026: The hotel is well located, right at the entrance to the city, and parking is easy. Breakfast is plentiful, and the products are generally of good quality. Unfortunately, the rooms are a bit dated, and the bedding is uncomfortable. However, it is clean.

04/04/2026: Very disappointed by this restaurant. We received no welcome upon arrival, and the staff were practically nonexistent, offering no communication whatsoever. The atmosphere was cold and dim, making it very uninviting. There was no service, no suggestions from the staff. We had to get up to serve ourselves during our meal. We felt more like a nuisance than anything else. A very unpleasant experience; I do not recommend it.

31/12/2025: The place is borderline unsanitary, with appalling hygiene and the nauseating smell of cat urine. It's astonishing that there are no inspections at this establishment... The bill is higher than online rates, and of course, they demand cash... Avoid at all costs; it's dishonest.
