15/11/2025: Passing through the area, we ate lasagna at this restaurant. How can I put it? I wasn't impressed. Homemade lasagna 😂😂😂😂😂 Not at all regrettable. The staff were nice, but this lasagna needs a rewrite of the recipe.

14/09/2025: Excellent welcome at this aptly named hotel. Views of the harbor and the sea, right in the center. Parking nearby. Very clean establishment. We must have listened to our stay, and quite honestly, the owner discounted our last night. We thank her.

11/07/2025: The dishes are generous and of good quality. The servers are very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

10/07/2025: I don't recommend it. If you like good fries and hamburgers, give it a miss. The steak was burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, even though I had asked for medium. The fries, on the other hand, were inedible: all the salt had obviously been spilled inside. And to top it all off, the wait was interminable. Frankly, paying €20 for that is ridiculous.

01/01/2026: I am extremely disappointed and upset. I made this reservation for January 1st and it was confirmed in advance, yet it was cancelled just one hour before dinner. Given that it is January 1st and all supermarkets are closed, this left my family with no possibility to find any other food. This lack of professionalism ruined our evening and is unacceptable.

08/11/2025: We opted for the tasting menu, so we didn't know what the dishes would be beforehand. Everything was absolutely delicious, delicate, and flavorful. The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and romantic. There were very few tables, so it wasn't noisy at all.

09/07/2025: We discovered this restaurant in Propriano quite by chance, and it was a truly wonderful find. The owner and the servers are simply exceptional and very pleasant. The food is excellent. We had a fantastic time and we will definitely return as soon as we are in Propriano again.

07/07/2025: Lunch with friends today The food is expensive considering the quality and, especially, the quantity offered. We were forced to order a side of fries because the spaghetti was ridiculously small. When we pointed this out to the waiter, they became annoyed and, in a fit of bad faith, told us that given our size, we should have ordered an extra starter. I've known more businesslike customers. I'll skip the remark where they told me that "if I didn't have the money, I shouldn't have gone to the restaurant." There are better options in this port for less money and better quality.

08/09/2025: We came with Isula Croisière, and had a 2-hour stopover in this typical Corsican village! Magnificent!!🤩 We booked lunch in the morning, and thankfully so because, despite it being September, there were a lot of people and the restaurant was full shortly after our arrival! Meals served quickly, very tasty and of good quality!! Perfectly cooked! Bravo to the service team and the chefs!!👏🏻 We highly recommend ☺️

26/10/2025: Well located for exploring Sartene, with free parking, which is a real plus. The view from the restaurant/breakfast room is beautiful. We spent one night in a triple room on the second floor (i.e., below the reception floor). The room was large, with a balcony overlooking the valley. There was a shower room with a toilet. The double bed was very comfortable; however, the third bed was a sofa bed, which proved rather uncomfortable (even though it was occupied by our 11-year-old daughter, so not suitable for a third adult). The shutters provide good blackout, which allows for good darkness. The only downside: the soundproofing... A simple but tasty breakfast with a sufficient selection of sweet and savory items. In summary: unbeatable value for money considering the location, free parking, and breakfast. In our case: €125 for three, including breakfast. It's hard to beat.

08/10/2025: Terrible goat cheese salad. Industrial cheese and cold, undercooked bacon. As for the sauce, it's in a sachet, or nothing. In the land of olive oil, you have to be daring...
