07/01/2025: On May 1st, we had a great time. Hearty and above all very good dishes and desserts 👍. We came back in high season, and big DISAPPOINTMENT: table on the dirty terrace, the pavlova has halved for the same price, the waiters are on their cell phones. We have to ask for bread and water😡.

27/09/2024: Unpretentious address that you really have to discover. We enjoyed cooked mussels there like we've never had anywhere else! Very good fries too, all you can eat but so plentiful the first time that it was impossible to eat more! The welcome is very friendly:

24/09/2024: Everything was so charming, the atmosphere, the boss, the waiter, everything was a good atmosphere and a pleasure to savor the moment!!! The mussels and fries on Wednesday and Saturday evenings are always just as succulent and the entrecôte is a treat! I highly recommend this place outside of the weather! 06/09/2024: Si vous passez sur la commune de Partinello , n’hésitez pas à descendre sur la plage de Caspiu. Certe ce n’est la plus belle plage de Corse, mais cette dernière a su garder son côté sauvage que j’apprécie beaucoup. La plage est en galet, main il fait bon s’y baigner loin de la sur fréquentation touristique. À l’heure du repas, un arrêt à la paillote U Caspiu s’impose. Cet établissement implanté sur la plage offre une magnifique vue sur le golfe de Porto et le Capo Rosso. L’accueil est chaleureux et sympathique. Le carte st simple et la cuisine est bonne en mettant en valeur des produits locaux. La charcuterie par exemple provient d’un éleveur du village. Les desserts sont faits maison. Un bel endroit pour passer un bon moment en regardant le couché du soleil.m sur les roches rouges du golfe. Ouvert tout les jours sauf le lundi à partir de 9 heures, vous pourrez également vous désaltérer et déguster des cocktails maison. Parking à proximité. Bref un endroi

19/09/2024: We had an excellent stay at Claudia's! The room was very comfortable. Everything is neat, decorated with great taste and we felt very well received. Despite the rain, the house was very warm! Regarding the evening dinner, we can only recommend it, it is local, typical, excellent, refined and plentiful (special mention for the homemade profiteroles). In short, if you are passing through Bastelica, do not hesitate to stop at U Fiordalisu.

08/09/2024: We came to eat one evening during our vacation. And we enjoyed eating at this Auberge, the service was impeccable and the food was well prepared and good. I recommend for the catering side and the table service.
