23/08/2024: Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle ! Les plats étaient fins et parfaitement préparés, avec des saveurs subtiles et bien équilibrées. Chaque bouchée était un véritable délice. L'accueil chaleureux et attentionné du patron pierre Louis et du serveur a ajouté une touche supplémentaire à cette belle soirée. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant pour un moment gastronomique inoubliable.

15/08/2024: This is the 2nd time that we have stopped at Ustaria a di in Rota on the Mare a Mare Nord. Very warm welcome, there is everything you need to accommodate hikers. The place is friendly, the inhabitants of the village meet there in the evening, and in particular on Friday evening when the pizza chef comes on stage and starts the pizza evening!!! It is unique and the pizzas delicious!!! Well done to Paul Ceccaldi and his entire team. We recommend this friendly place to everyone. François and Chantal

28/08/2024: 3rd stage during our mare à mare nord by the variant, very nice surprise this inn. The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very nice spacious room with balcony and magnificent mountain view. We highly recommend this place!. François and Chantal.

28/08/2024: Si vous chercher à vous ressourcer en pleine nature lors d’un séjour en Corse, cette auberge est faite pour vous Rien d’extravagant, rien de superflu, mais le nécessaire pour une douce nuit. Le balcon offrant une vue dégagée sur la haute corse est un atout non négligeable Notre seule retenue est probablement l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre, mais cela est compensée par la gentillesse des hôtes

27/10/2024: We had lunch this Sunday noon at the Restaurant le Florida. The meal made from local products was delicious. We were given a warm welcome by Blanche, the owner, who is of unparalleled kindness. Thank you Madam for these moments of sharing and exchange during our visit. We highly recommend this establishment. Marc Malory Clarisse accompanied by Marioline and Jean Pierre.

27/09/2024: A big thank you to the entire hotel team for their warm welcome and hospitality! During my route on the GR20, I had to take an unexpected break due to bad weather, and this place was a true haven of peace. The half board was a real treat, with hearty and tasty meals, perfect for recharging the batteries after a tiring day. The staff is attentive and caring, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. I highly recommend this establishment, whether for an unplanned stopover or a planned break. Thank you again for this beautiful interlude of comfort in the middle of the adventure!

24/06/2024: Nous avons mangé midi et soir pendant 3 jours car nous étions à l’hôtel. Bonne cuisine, tous les plats sont très bien présentés. Le prix est toutefois très élevé. Certes le cadre est incroyable, mais quand même ! A faire au moins une fois.

04/07/2025: We sat on the terrace to enjoy the village atmosphere in the shade and have a drink. We arrived after the food service. The selection was limited but adequate. Reasonable prices.

30/06/2025: A small, unpretentious bar and restaurant with delicious, custom-made cuisine. A warm welcome and a local atmosphere are a given. You should always believe the adage that if the locals go there, it's good. And it is. The dishes are generous and excellent value for money.

08/08/2024: Marketing and reality don't mix here. Friendly service. The dishes sound good on the menu but the ingredients are carelessly thrown together industrial products. Little taste, soggy bread and side dishes.
