23/06/2026: A delightful discovery! We first went there by chance and returned three times during our stay. We were thrilled with the quality of the food. A symphony of flavors; you can tell the chef and his team cook with passion, using excellent ingredients to enchant our taste buds. We received a very warm welcome from the entire friendly team. Michèle, the owner (who even concocted superb custom cocktails for us), and Nathalie in the dining room also shared their good humor and kindness with us. A big thank you!

22/07/2026: Authentic cuisine, simple yet delicate and flavorful, showcasing unpretentious skill that leaves you wanting more: you won't be disappointed by the food at this restaurant in the charming village of Loguivy-la-Metz. The service is friendly, welcoming, and discreet. The atmosphere: a bar-restaurant, or perhaps a restaurant-bar, but it's so pleasant to experience the authenticity of the place and its people.

18/05/2026: We had a wonderful time. The welcome, the service, the food—everything was perfect. We were told 8:45 pm, but they even called us to move it up to 8:30 pm, which suited us perfectly. Very nice.

23/07/2026: A very pleasant crêperie where you can eat well in a nice setting. The service is friendly and welcoming. The crêperie is located next to the pretty church in Tredrez, not far from the coastal path along the cliffs. It's well worth a visit.

23/07/2026: This crêperie doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's a very pleasant surprise once you sit down. The galettes and crêpes are excellent: thin, crispy, exactly how I like them. Special mention goes to the XXL "complète," generous and flavorful, with its caramelized onions, potatoes, and mushrooms. Everything is homemade, which is sadly becoming rare these days… We had a wonderful, intimate time on the interior terrace. This place is definitely worth a visit.

06/07/2026: Another fantastic experience, without a doubt. A very warm welcome and a meal that lived up to expectations. Special mention for the dessert: superb profiteroles.

05/07/2026: Very disappointing. The service was friendly, the soft drinks/fries were okay, but the profiteroles were inedible. The choux pastry was very hard and not good. It's normally a very indulgent dessert, visually appealing even, but this was just disgusting. They gave me a "café gourmand" (a small dessert served with coffee) instead, which wasn't the same thing, so I was obviously very disappointed. There was no apology from the manager of this restaurant. She needs to taste this awful dessert she serves to customers so she understands! It's a shame, so we won't be going back. ☹️

17/07/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was particularly unpleasant. The staff were unfriendly and disrespectful, which immediately gave a bad impression. Before sitting down, I looked at the menu displayed outside, as requested. The mussels and fries were listed at €14.50. Once seated, the menu now showed €17.40. When I pointed out this difference, I was told that they were "large mussels" and that the price had changed. I agreed to order anyway, but I suggested that it would be reasonable to update the outdoor display so as not to mislead customers. However, when the dish arrived, the mussels were very small, far from the justification given for the price increase. The most baffling thing is that when it came time to pay, the bill came to €15.40, a third different price. The price displayed outside, the price on the menu, and the bill didn't match. This lack of consistency is completely unacceptable and doesn't inspire confidence. Finally, the service remained unpleasant throughout. A customer seated behind me asked for the bill, and it was brought directly to her table. When I asked for mine a few moments later, I was curtly told, "The bill is inside, Madam." Two customers, two different treatments, without any explanation. Between the unfriendly welcome, the price discrepancies, and the lack of consideration for customers, this was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this establishment.

07/07/2026: Edit: We returned 8 months later, and were very disappointed. Prices have gone up and the quality has clearly gone down. It's a shame, it was better before... Original post: Friendly atmosphere, impeccable service, very reasonable prices, parking right next door, and delicious food (almost gourmet in quality). Restaurants like this are what we'd like to see more often!

27/07/2026: We made a reservation using a Romantic Tables gift box, which specified a "Duguesclin menu" including a glass of champagne, starter, main course, and dessert (as stated on the box's website). The waiter told us we were entitled to a two-course menu, either a starter and main course or a main course and dessert, with a glass of wine. I informed him of the menu's specifications, but he insisted that was not the case. We asked to upgrade to the Duguesclin menu, paying the difference, but this was refused. However, he did allow us to order a bottle of wine instead of two glasses. The background music was a bit loud (due to the low ceiling), making conversation difficult, so we asked for it to be turned down. The waiter did so, but only slightly. The main courses and desserts were refined and very well prepared. It was a shame about the customer service aspect; a little less assertiveness and a clearer understanding of what the gift box offers would be appreciated. Thank you and have a good day.

10/06/2026: It's always a pleasure to come to L'Express, whether with family or friends. We thoroughly enjoy the food; the dishes are as delicious as they are visually appealing. The staff is very friendly, and to top it all off, they gave us a lovely little something for our daughter's birthday. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!
