04/09/2024: Very pleasant. The servers are smiling, pleasant and helpful. It feels good! The cocktails are perfectly measured, no need to look for the alcohol, it's there. Always accompanied by a small snack. The best part for me, my dog is not only accepted but first served! (Water bowl of course!)

08/09/2024: Simple but good food. It had rained...I was surprised by the terrace price supplement not announced upon payment and not before. Especially for sitting in the wet. I would have appreciated the extra offered given the circumstances. On the other hand, I found it unusual that we were served at our table of 2 at a different time....
16/08/2024: We were well received by the owner 👍 very pleasant as well as the staff is her husband chef of the restaurant at the top in the kitchen, top entry, impeccable wine, the dishes I don't talk about it 👏 I really recommend and I will come back strongly 🙏 didn't change anything... for a first I'm absolutely not disappointed thank you for this beautiful evening 👍

tout était vraiment très bon ,copieux et de qualité. Service un petit peu long mais toutes les salles étaient complète
Nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir
23/08/2024: Crêpes convenables gustativement mais prix trop élevé. Plus d'une heure entre la crêpe salée et la crêpe sucrée! De plus, il manquait d'ingrédients ( blanc de poulet, pain) et le descriptif n'est pas toujours suivi ( glace vanille à la place glace chocolat blanc, ...).
Décor qui laisse à desirer.

26/08/2024: Visited in August, very professional welcome from the waiter, we took 2 takeaway dishes, it was well done, well packaged, and very delicious, faithful to top Moroccan cuisine. The prices are a little exaggerated now.

04/07/2024: De passage à Chartres, nous avons dîné dans cette brasserie gastronomique. L'accueil le service la cuisine ont été parfait à nos yeux. Une adresse que je retiendrai pour mon prochain passage bravo à toute Cela donne envie de découvrir le restaurant Georges !

13/09/2024: Hotel is not worth its price, reception is questionable, no service to carry luggage or park a car at 700 meters for people with mobility limitations.
The star restaurant closed, brasserie very normal.
Anyone who wants a freshly baked sandwich for breakfast will also be disappointed, as the bread is certainly a few days old.
Will never recommend this hotel

12/09/2024: I am currently writing from the breakfast reception room. We came for 1 night with restaurant, room and breakfast. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are clean and modern. The semi-gastronomic meal with local products was successfully carried out, well done to the chefs and the breakfast is a success (jam, pastries, cheeses and cold meats) there is something for everyone.
Nothing to say about the building itself, it's clean, pretty and very welcoming.
Same comment for the staff who know how to be smiling and very welcoming.
Thank you for this night and for the services offered.
I recommend 100% and I think we will come back when we are passing through

29/07/2024: Nous y sommes allés pour l'anniversaire de notre fils. Nous étions une 20 taine d'adultes + des enfants dans une salle privative. Nous avons eu un repas délicieux et un service au top. Merci a vous et votre équipe pour ce moment. Nous reviendrons vous voir .

16/08/2024: Ignoble ! Bouffe absolument dégueulasse on arrive a 13 h apéro servit a 14h et après on nous envoi tout les plats car ils ferment , pas de prix pas de carte.toilette pleine de caca .gérante absolument pas professionnelle elle devrait revoir son orientation ! Horrible a fuir !

Restaurant à éviter à tout pris
Nous avons réservé pour Un anniversaire 23 personnes Pour l apéro les petits gâteaux sont arrivés après l apéro en même temps que Les plats ( buffet) pour 23 personnes il y avait en quantité pour 10 personnes et les frites ont été servi avec le fromage et je ne parle même pas du prix
Pour le service dans la même lignée le tout est inadmissible

Warm and efficient staff. Traditional cuisine, hearty and tasty daily specials. A place of life and conviviality.
To try it is to adopt it. In Chartres, the sun is not always in the sky, but you can always find it behind the counter of the Brasserie de l'Ouest.
