29/09/2024: Well located, the hotel offers impeccable service both in terms of well-decorated, clean and comfortable rooms and in terms of quality breakfast. The welcome is perfect, professional and pleasant from start to finish. The bar is beautiful and worth a visit too for a cocktail🍸even without staying at the hotel!

29/09/2024: We had a very pleasant stay in this place. Very clean and luxurious suite. Top notch bedding. We had our dinner at the hotel brasserie. Excellent and very friendly staff. Hearty breakfast. Special mention to Clara and especially Arthur… I promise if I pass through Chartres dear Arthur you will be able to pilot (out of service of course… the Granturismo) and I always keep my promises. Small suggestion however, following a disappointment... it would perhaps be necessary to arrange a time slot for children's spa access under the responsibility of the parents. 24/11/2024: Accueil très sympathique par l'ensemble du personnel. Décoration soignée. Une belle carte avec plusieurs menus , Plats bien présentés et servis bien chauds . Superbe moment en famille pour un anniversaire. A refaire

16/11/2024: Nous venons régulièrement avec mon conjoint au restaurant le relais de l’Aligre, nous sommes toujours très bien reçus et la cuisine y est toujours excellente. Nous n’avons jamais été déçu, la carte change régulièrement, en fonction des saisons et la formule du midi, proposée en semaine, permet de découvrir des menus élaborés à des prix abordables. En résumé, un lieu chaleureux où les serveurs sont aux petits soins et dont on sort toujours ravi !

14/09/2024: A beautiful place, in one of those narrow Chartres streets and a few steps from the cathedral. A discreet, pleasant service and there to advise. Delicious traditional French cuisine, clearly made with passion. All very affordable. I adore!

13/09/2024: Hotel is not worth its price, reception is questionable, no service to carry luggage or park a car at 700 meters for people with mobility limitations. The star restaurant closed, brasserie very normal. Anyone who wants a freshly baked sandwich for breakfast will also be disappointed, as the bread is certainly a few days old. Will never recommend this hotel

12/09/2024: I am currently writing from the breakfast reception room. We came for 1 night with restaurant, room and breakfast. The rates are very reasonable, the rooms are clean and modern. The semi-gastronomic meal with local products was successfully carried out, well done to the chefs and the breakfast is a success (jam, pastries, cheeses and cold meats) there is something for everyone. Nothing to say about the building itself, it's clean, pretty and very welcoming. Same comment for the staff who know how to be smiling and very welcoming. Thank you for this night and for the services offered. I recommend 100% and I think we will come back when we are passing through Customer satisfaction 10/10 Sincerely TM

29/07/2024: Nous y sommes allés pour l'anniversaire de notre fils. Nous étions une 20 taine d'adultes + des enfants dans une salle privative. Nous avons eu un repas délicieux et un service au top. Merci a vous et votre équipe pour ce moment. Nous reviendrons vous voir .

24/03/2024: Restaurant with buffet for starters and lots of choice and very professional service. Huge inside, almost full every lunchtime, the only downside is parking, including in the car park a little further up.

22/02/2024: Finally a restaurant where for lunch you can be served quickly with a choice of homemade dishes and vegetables as well as desserts... In this restaurant there is a good flow, so the meat is tender and excellent with a little homemade sauce, the salad buffet is not to be outdone accompanied by its homemade mayonnaise, cold meats (crusted dough, sausage, smoked ham etc.) obviously with its bowl of pickles and mimosa eggs, tomato salad, beets, carrots, potatoes , the smoked salmon trimmings will delight you.. you can go there with your eyes closed, the staff is young and friendly and the owner is a sweetheart, she will be able to advise you... Enjoy your meal.

06/09/2024: Very good. The staff is smiling and very pleasant. The frontage does not suggest a fairly large, well-decorated room and exterior. A great discovery that deserves a future visit.

22/09/2024: Un menu à 33 euros pour un plat correct mais sans surprise. L'entrée et le dessert sont pratiquement inexistants, en raison de la quantité très très négligeable..... Un service très long où on semble oubliés

19/09/2024: Franchement près avoir lu les commentaires sur Tripadvisor, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux. . Rien pour accompagner le champagne en apéritif, le saumon rôti était bon mais le dessert vraiment pas terrible du tout. Peu de choix (il ne restait plus qu'une part de tarte aux pommes, que ma mère n'a pas appréciée) et les 2 espumas de mascarpone agrémentés de pommes caramélisées (je les ai cherchées) et de quelques amandes effilées pour 8€ ( il me semble) c'est abusé! Si j'avais su, je me serais passée de dessert. Malgré tout la serveuse était agréable et efficace (un peu rapide dans ses explications pour les produits du jour). Bref très déçue. Première et dernière visite...
