01/04/2024: A gem in the middle of tourist restaurants. Nice up-to-date decor, natural and very friendly service. I enjoyed this cuisine, very inspired by Asia, which plays a lot with spices. In my surprise menu: salmon tartare on foie gras, langoustines with avocado foam, bobun with perfectly cooked shrimp, tender oriental lamb.

05/04/2024: I recommend this establishment for its location in the heart of the historic city. We were able to enjoy the charms of the city center during the quietest hours, before the arrival of the tourist buses. For the rest, everything is said in the other comments. Very pleasant indoor swimming pool in April. The swimming pool area is well maintained. See you soon for a new getaway in the Camargue.
27/03/2024: Very nice hotel, very well located in a house steeped in history. The staff is very pleasant and available and the rooms are very good. Large, spacious and quiet, very well renovated and at the same time with the charm of the old. The breakfast was well proportioned and very good. Little extra but not least for the village of Aigues-Mortes: car parking. I recommend if you are passing through

07/05/2024: Very good dishes with well-cooked and quality products. The quantities were also very good. Small downside in terms of service: not wanting specific drinks, the waiter left to treat other customers and then came back to us to order our dishes even though we were ready to order from the start. However, we still have a good experience on the plate. So don't stop at managing the service because it's worth it.
02/05/2024: We were very well received in the conviviality, it is a very pleasant place.
We come to this restaurant often, we are never disappointed, the meal is always delicious, if not perfect, the servers always have a smile and are attentive and it is always pleasant to go for a drink at the bar.
I thank the team for the service, the manager as well as the chef.

09/05/2024: 1:30 p.m., Wednesday May 8 (public holiday), we are refused entry because 'we here produce quality'. Ah, and of course, not even a hello, don’t mess around eh! :)
Strange, my jewelry alone must be worth the seasonal salary of this charming waiter, but I imagine that that is still not enough for the standard of such a large establishment as this one!
Avoid, unless you arrive in front of the restaurant in a chauffeur-driven limousine, possibly...

We arrived at this establishment hoping to be able to share a meal. What a mistake we made! As soon as the doors closed behind us, we greeted the person at the bar to find out if we could have a table for 2 people in this place which had several free tables. Without any greetings or other, we are informed that this establishment ''only does quality'' and that it will not be able to serve us (misdemeanor?). Apparently there will be a type of client who would be accepted and tolerated within these walls. Great good to them, that way we didn't have to pay them a single cent.
In short, the key word of these places seems to be disrespect.

31/03/2024: The waiter warns us 3 times to arrive before 12:10 p.m. when booking otherwise he gives our tables, arriving at 11:50 a.m. the starter is only served at 1:10 p.m. and the main course at 2:20 p.m., none of the cooking respects the rare steaks served well cooked, duck breasts worthy of a shoe sole and mistakes in the sauces for the breasts, we would have been better off arriving after 12:10 p.m.
30/03/2024: Very good restaurant. Finally a restaurant with a menu for 24€ with correct quantities and good quality products. Thank you for this great time

29/03/2024: Bikes essential, 200 m at the edge of the 4th lane, very dangerous. €12 for 24 hours excluding VAT. Expensive for the service. Good for visiting Aigues Mortes or Grau du Roi.
