Every thoughtful touch, every detail contributed to making this meal a unique and unforgettable moment. Being lactose and gluten intolerant, I was a little apprehensive about the experience, but what a pleasant surprise! I enjoyed it just as much as my husband. My dishes were equally beautiful, refined, and delicious, and I was able to fully appreciate the tastes, flavors, and creativity of each dish, without ever feeling left out. The cuisine is as elegant as it is generous, and the chef's talent shines through in every plate. A huge congratulations to the entire team for this impeccable welcome, their kindness, and the passion that is evident from beginning to end. 19/02/2026: A very pleasant experience on a Sunday evening, when many restaurants in Uzès were closed. We ate very well. The atmosphere was warm and the welcome very friendly.

02/02/2026: A truly wonderful discovery was the restaurant L’Esprit du Samaritain. We had a fantastic time. The dishes were delicious, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. Special mention goes to the young waitress who looked after our table: clearly trained in hospitality, she demonstrated great elegance in her service, attentiveness, and a real eye for detail. Her wine recommendation to pair with the meal was simply perfect and greatly contributed to the quality of our experience. The attentive and professional service made our meal particularly enjoyable. We will gladly return.
