19/10/2025: Despite booking by phone, we were not informed that only one platter of cold meats was available to choose from (and also oysters), a really average platter...for €12, it seems that this was due to the large crowds of the day compared to the medieval festival...

16/08/2025: A very warm welcome. My charcuterie board is high-quality, with good produce. The menu offers local products, specifying their origins. The local beer (Agora) is a must-try.

10/12/2024: Small blankets offered with a very good fresh milk hot chocolate. Pleasant server. Clean toilets!

17/11/2024: Deplorable welcome upon a courteous request to sit at the table for a total of 6 people, I find it shameful in 2024 to still see this kind of thing!!

14/09/2024: We have come several times over the last few years and have never been disappointed; which was not the case last summer: my husband had read for his dish “…fondant potato…” he had to look it up! And ended up finding a mini potato slice hidden under “half mini vegetables”! It's becoming unbearable for this kind of restaurant that presents mini portions on large plates! Damage !

05/09/2024: In a beautifully landscaped heritage setting, we had a great gastronomic time. We tasted the menu for €54. The price is justified by the quality and accuracy (seasoning and cooking) A good address

21/09/2024: Petit restaurant face à la mairie.Petite terrasse sympathique, plats copieux et très bons. Réservation conseillée pour être sur d avoir une place.A surtout ne pas hésiter.

11/09/2024: Attiré par les très bons avis et par les plaques du routard et du petit futé ... Aucun plats fait maison et rien de bon.brandade purée en sachet surchargé d Annette.salade juste huilé.terrine de Taureau sortie de sa boîte... Seul le bon service de ce jeune garçon sauve la soirée,pas celle de la dame qui semble être la patronne et qui déambule la cigarette au bec en terrasse. Les dates des plaques routard et petit futé s arrêtent à 2020 ... voilà certainement la raison. Nous aurions dû être plus attentif.

01/09/2024: Small, friendly restaurant on a square that is much less stuffy than the restaurants on the large main square. The service is pleasant, the menu is simple, but offers most of the possibilities. The nectarine salad is excellent. Even if for my taste there is a little too much green salad. The prices are correct. The glacier lacks a little flavor outside of the fundamentals.

04/11/2024: Restaurant on a pleasant square. No traffic, shaded. Very friendly and fast service. The dishes were very good. The menu offers something to satisfy everyone between fish, meat, burgers, salads, etc… Chosen by chance for the diversity of the menu to also satisfy children, we were not disappointed! The gourmet coffee was also delicious!

25/10/2024: After strolling through the charming little streets of the historic center, my friend and I took a break in this beautiful southern square shaded by plane trees. On the Place aux Herbes, you are truly spoiled for choice when it comes to finding a café. The best asset of Oustal is its location in the heart of the city of Uzès. As a snack, I chose a hearty plate of charcuterie.
