20/09/2026: An unbelievable experience - the second time we have been there. A stunning restored mill that is beautiful in every way. The grounds are wonderful too, with a swimming pool and petanque area. It's just outside the main town, so exceptionally quiet. The rooms are absolutely wonderful. A mix of old fashioned style, mixed with contemporary luxury. Denis and Aline are the most wonderful hosts, spending time with us chatting about various things. Aline's cooking was a wonderful delight to experience. This year it was warm enough to eat dinner and breakfast outside on the terrace - another wonderful experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Denis and Aline, and they made us feel most welcome again. Definitely one for the memory bank! Nothing but 5 out of 5 is justifiable!

24/07/2026: I stayed at the moulin de laumet for 4 nights last june. What a special and historic place: a centuries old building, restored with care, in a beautiful garden. Denis and Aline were good hosts, and I enjoyed breakfast as well as the diner. The Moulin is a place to come back, an excellent base to explore the Gers, enjoy the wine of the Côte te Gascogne and not to forget the Armagnac.

27/10/2026: An amazing buzzy lace to have coffee, the atmosphere is always amazing and the place is full. Coffee is good and the staff are always so friendly and chatty. It’s a warm and welcoming place. I haven’t tried never eaten there but the food always looks really good and it always appears to be full on a lunchtime. Recommended for a stop when in Fleurance, especially on market day but be warned it does get busy.

07/10/2026: Lectoure is a charming village, just like this restaurant! Its terrace, set back from the main street and surrounded by tall bamboo, offers a very pleasant setting. We were delighted to enjoy it under the beautiful late September sun. However, we were a little disappointed by the wait (more than 45 minutes before being served) and by the prices, which we found rather high, even though the food was still good.

12/10/2026: Disappointed by the brunch We booked the brunch-concert for four people (1:30 pm seating) on ​​Sunday, October 11th. It's worth noting that it's an all-you-can-eat buffet brunch (not very clear on the website). You have to wait in line for a good twenty minutes to get served. The queue is long and the tables are close together, so the concert starts with a swarm of people milling around behind you and sucking in their stomachs when they have to pass each other. The food is good and varied, with plenty of it—a great buffet. Thanks to the kitchen staff. While the website indicated that the concert was from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm, the band left before 3:00 pm, which is quite soon after the clatter of cutlery had subsided. It was difficult to enjoy the musicians. The staff then asked us to leave at 3:30 pm because the venue was closing. Overall, not a relaxing experience. Table service or at least better flow management would greatly improve the experience.

Regarding the food, the mashed potatoes were served cold, and the meat wasn't cooked enough, even though we had specifically requested it. It's a shame, as it spoiled the enjoyment of the meal. On the other hand, the mixed vegetables were very good. As for the service, we have no complaints about the staff. The decor is also charming, and the atmosphere is pleasant. However, we were particularly disappointed by the owner's attitude. While the restaurant was full and busy, we heard him shouting at his employees, which is very unpleasant for customers who simply want to have a good time. Furthermore, every time we asked for something, the owner seemed annoyed, as if our requests bothered him. This kind of behavior gives a bad impression of the establishment and makes customers feel uncomfortable. In short, despite the attractive decor, pleasant atmosphere, and tasty vegetables, the cold dishes, the poorly cooked meat, and especially the owner's attitude severely marred our experience. It's a shame, because with better food quality and a more respectful attitude towards employees and customers, the restaurant could offer a much more enjoyable experience.
