10/08/2024: Au détour de nos balades dans le Gers, nous nous sommes arrêtés pour dîner. Que dire !!? Voilà bien longtemps que nous n'avions pas eu autant d'émotions !!.. Un accueil parfait, une très belle terrasse nichée à l'arrière de l'établissement ! Et que dire... Des plats savoureux avec beaucoup de caractère ! Coup de cœur pour l'œuf gambas ris de veau morilles ! Un accord parfait ! Et les ravioles au saumon... Je dis simplement merci chef : cuisine franche et de caractère ! Un régal du début à la fin ! Mention aussi pour le serveur qui est comme le chef franc et avec du caractère. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

03/08/2024: Nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à 13h00, espérant profiter d'un bon repas. À notre grande surprise, le tenancier nous a refusé l'entrée en prétendant que le restaurant était complet. Pourtant, il n'y avait absolument personne à l'intérieur et aucune table n'était dressée. Cette attitude désinvolte et peu professionnelle est inacceptable. Nous ne recommanderons pas cet établissement et nous ne reviendrons certainement pas.

28/09/2024: A place that seems friendly and well placed on the square, an attractive menu but 45 minutes of waiting without taking an order or a drink or even a bottle of water placed on the table... The staff is not welcoming or professional. It’s shameful and a shame.

05/09/2024: A 19-room hotel in a park with swimming pool and Spa. Rooms have varying styles and comfort levels. Breakfast is served as a free buffet. In August, the restaurant was open our 2 evenings, which is a plus. 153 euros / night with breakfast. We appreciated The calm, the comfort of the beds, the overall friendliness of the service and its professional quality, the tasty and crafted cuisine, the advice of the sommelier/butler, the small gestures... We appreciated less Smokers who sit on the terrace. As a result, the fumes rose directly into our room and also smoked the breakfast area. Overall, our stay was very pleasant.

22/08/2024: Foie gras, maison plutôt du pâté de foie insipide mal cuit Quand on demande des toasts grillées avec le foie gras, on nous dit qu’il y a un supplément que les toasts sont chers

02/10/2024: 3rd stop on the Camino de Santiago in this hotel restaurant located in the heart of the village. Very attentive welcome. Attentive staff. The suitcases are taken up to the rooms... it's rare! Very hearty and quality pilgrim's dinner. Clean and spacious rooms. Ideal... you won't go wrong....

25/08/2024: We have just stayed in this superb building with its mill renovated by the owners with great taste, charm and authenticity. The magic happens... a very calm and relaxing place in the Gascon countryside. As for the new priority ones, they are simply charming, welcoming, and communicative with this kindness that we all expect and that we find here 😊 A "splash" in the superb freshly built swimming pool, a nap in the hammock or a game of pétanque, everything is possible with the river as background noise. A remarkable vegetable garden run by the owner's mother. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing and charming place in the Gers, Au Moulin de Laumet is the place to go!💫🤩 Thank you for your welcome and sympathy.
