30/12/2025: We tried the pork and the chicken. The pork didn’t suit our taste, and the chicken was quite tough, likely overcooked. Service was friendly, but the dishes missed the mark for us.
23/12/2025: We just left this little restaurant with the yellow storefront, at the end of a small square that should be renamed "Happiness Square" because the welcome, the selection of dishes, and the wine all contribute to a particularly pleasant and delicious experience. The sauerkraut is truly excellent, and the breaded chicken is "to die for," according to our daughter. The chocolate mousse is the perfect ending to this treat. Go in, and you'll leave with a smile on your face.

15/02/2026: We were there for Valentine's Day dinner. Excellent menu, impeccable service and welcome, and a very attentive staff. Compliments to the kitchen brigade and the chef for the execution of the dishes, and compliments to the waitstaff!

01/03/2026: An average meal if you like farm-made Munster cheese made with raw milk, so don't order the warm Munster, it's tasteless.
23/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, with a very warm welcome for both children and adults. We came with our two children to discover regional cuisine and we loved the tarte flambée. The atmosphere is very friendly and the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Good, spacious rooms with seating in the hallways.
Good bathroom facilities and firm beds with firm pillows.
Delicious, luxurious breakfast and a small bar in the evening.
Unfortunately, there's no restaurant for dinner, but there are plenty of restaurants in the charming village (lots of storks too🤩).
Good, secure parking.
23/02/2026: A very pleasant hotel. We stayed for one night and were very pleased. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, and parking is available in the courtyard for an additional fee.

16/02/2026: Authentic french food! We felt like we tried enough Alsatian food, and wanted to have something different. This restaurant was great - they had good french dishes and wines! The atmosphere was very cozy, it looked like a French restaurant. The owner (i think) spoke English well. The dishes were very tasty! Couldn't find pictures if all we ordered, but the pasta was good as well.

The meal was excellent.

Very good, but I was disappointed because it was my birthday and there were no candles, and the dessert was changed at the last minute.
As a resident of Eguisheim, familiar with the place, and having recently visited with 12 colleagues, I'm wondering if I'll come back.

04/12/2025: They serve everything (croisants, bread, etc.) by touching them with dirty hands. They touch coins and bills, and then the food. Nothing could be more unhygienic.
Nice bakery, friendly staff. One day I had a baguette and the next a pain au chocolat, but I touched both with my hands after giving the previous customer change. I never went back.

11/09/2024: Great place to get dinner in Eguisheim. Choucroute was delicious and the service was super friendly! No reservations needed.
09/09/2024: Excellent Alsace food in a nice atmosphere. Despite not having a reservation we were made welcome and shown to a seat within 5 mins.of arrival. Food was fresh, well presented & tasty. Portions were generous and the wine list extensive and well priced for the region .

15/10/2024: bien accueillis comme toujours, nous avons apprécié ce déjeuner alsacien tant attendu ! tarte à l'oignon que nous avons partagé, suivi d'une choucroute et d'un jarret sur choucroute et pour terminé une tarte aux quetsches délicieuse.
C'était très copieux et très bon.
Merci à toute l'équipe de la part des "bretons"! il nous tarde de revenir en mai 2025 !
08/10/2024: Buena comida tradicional alsaciana. Teníamos tarta flameada con botines de omions y una ensalada chèvre chaud con no tanto queso. El camarero era gracioso, si puedes soportarlo, si no, podrías verlo como un grosero borde. No lo es.

26/11/2024: The boutique is a bakery with delicious cookies and desserts. Even though it is in a touristic location, the prices are reasonable. You can choose macarons and cookies.
24/11/2024: Not only the best bakery on there, but they give you free stuff when you wait. Well worth a visit.
