06/01/2026: A delightful experience in Alsace with lots of personality and herbal flavors, allowing for a journey of aromas and textures. I visited in the winter (January) and we had the 5-course menu with wine pairings. Of the 4 glasses, the first two were very pleasing to the palate, the last two fulfilled the concept presented, but they weren't my favorite wines. I would love to return and explore the menu for the next season and learn more about the restaurant's philosophy! Congratulations!

16/12/2025: I don't like leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but when a restaurant sets a premium bar, I think it's fair to hold them to high standard. We had the full tasting menu for dinner, and unfortunately, it was possibly the worst meal that I or my dining companion have had at a Michelin-starred restaurant. The atmosphere was lovely and the service good, but the actual food left much to be desired. I divide experience into thirds: 1/3 of the dishes were delicious, interesting flavors executed flawlessly. As my companion said of one dish, "this tastes like a happy childhood." 1/3 were interesting, executed adequately but didn't land with us, e.g., some of the overly-seaweedy herbaceous flavors or the bland fish paste served on the back of our hands (without providing towel to ensure our hands were clean). 1/3 were dishes with unforgivable execution failures, e.g., extremely chewy snails or the tough, flavorless boar sausage, the rubbery rabbit that looked like something my cat would leave on my door. I expect some interesting misses in a tasting menu; that's part of the experience. But I don't expect blatant execution failures at a restaurant with this price point. It wasn't a terrible meal overall, but it was absolutely not worth the premium they charge, in my opinion. I'd consider trying it for lunch, but for a full dinner tasting menu, I do not recommend it.

13/12/2024: Friendly for tourists The snails are not incredible, defrosted and therefore the sauce very watery, without fat. Very good garnished sauerkraut, for big eater the 6 meats is not too much.

10/12/2024: Good welcome. Friendly staff who know the compositions of the dishes. Excellent winemaker's salad. Hearty sauerkraut and refined dessert all on the local menu. Good value for money.

24/12/2025: The food was spectacular. The service was quick and efficient, and the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was beautifully decorated.

01/01/2026: Unfortunately (?) being Italian for us pizza is the same as goodness and not piadina!!! This is not a pizza. What a disappointment!

25/12/2025: No way you can order here. The waiter (short guy) is very rude. We waited for 25 minutes and it wasn't very busy, he keeps saying I'm coming with a very angry attitude. Stay away if you don't want to ruin your day or your nerves.

13/01/2025: Very good traditional cuisine, good service and value for money, small caveat to the term “Vegan” on the menu… the dishes contain cheese which is not “vegan”, the vegetarian term would be more appropriate.

15/02/2026: I have to say we arrived without a reservation and the two very nice girls gave us a table. The food and service were excellent; I was personally very happy and highly recommend this place.

11/01/2026: A typical brasserie in this beautiful village. We had one of the best tarte flambées in the area. Very friendly and efficient staff!

02/01/2026: A well-deserved 4 stars. The wine and food were excellent, but not quite 5 stars. Good, traditional cuisine. We would come again. Unfortunately, they don't offer tarte flambée in the evening.
