14/09/2024: We arrived on a day of heavy rain and certainly the fact of being divided into several structures (to go from the dormitory to the restaurant or to the bathroom you have to go outside) is not comfortable. They were certainly the best meals of the whole TMB, truly excellent dishes, beyond expectations and in the various refuges the quality has always been rather low. Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. Beautiful view being at 1900 meters

13/09/2024: We only went for lunch, so the review is for the restaurant only: This was probably the best lunch i’ve had on the mountains. The service was so good, they’ve presented (and explained) each dish they had, which are cooked by the hosts. Water, bread and mustard were on the house, big thanks, much appreciated. Merci beaucoup pour tout, a bientot! (please pardon my french)

21/08/2024: Massage en duo parfait. Très bon accueil, réservation par téléphone fluide et agréable. L’établissement est très propre et l’accueil excellent. Seul bémol la direction devrait interdire les enfants d’un an en couche dans le jacuzzi … rarement vu quelque chose de plus sale surtout dans de l’eau chaude ? Idem, un clown au téléphone au milieu de la piscine qui fait des ronds dans l’eau le téléphone à la main en faisant profiter tous les gens venus pour le calme de ces lieux du manque d’intérêt manifeste de son quotidien…. Les règles d’utilisation du spa à revoir. Mention spéciale pour la manager du spa qui se donne du mal à garantir un prestation à la hauteur.

17/08/2024: Beautiful food and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was very welcoming, efficient and attentive. This was my favourite dining experience of our holiday in Chamonix.

26/07/2024: The wifi signal in the room is good. There is a hot water kettle, capsule coffee machine, hair dryer, towels, bathrobes and toiletries in the room. Guests can use the swimming pool but I did not bring a swimsuit. There is a game console that children love to play in the lobby. They played in front of the machine for three hours. (It is raining heavily outside). The disadvantage of the hotel is that the check-in time has to wait until 4 pm. You can store your luggage at the counter and the service staff is friendly.

26/07/2024: Loved loved loved this hotel … the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Their spa and waters area had a nice vibe and gorgeous views. The massage by Matilda was exceptional - and just what I needed after 9 days of hiking. It is also a great location. We had a lovely room with a great view but may not work if you prefer the door open and you are a light sleeper. The breakfast was delicious and offered outdoor seating. Just lovely!

24/08/2024: Fuimos por su puntuación y nos defraudó... Relación calidad precio, para nuestro gusto, muy caro. Eso sí, los platos eran abundantes.

13/08/2024: We ate very well and the staff were very nice and helpful. However, we waited 1 hour for our dishes...the restaurant was very full.

17/09/2024: Small hidden corner, far from the crowds, we had lunch in the garden for a bucolic adventure. Attentive service and delicious burgers

01/09/2024: Four of us had dinner one evening at UTMB. We ordered starters to share (large charcuterie board, mozzarella sticks). The board was "large" only in name, and the sauces for the fries, which were not even salty, were served in plastic tubes in a pot. To top it off, the waiters never came except to take our order at the beginning. We had to get up to look for them every time we wanted to recommend a drink or clear the table. On the other hand, when it comes time to pay, they are efficient! This is the second and last time I set foot there. To summarize: very disappointing experience and lousy quality of dishes.

12/09/2024: Very good restaurant in Argentiere. We went there for dinner. Large and delicious salads, a nice selection of wines. Very reasonable price, friendly service. Gluten-free options

24/07/2024: Delicious salads and homemade blueberry pie. Great place to sit back and relax after a hike. Nice view.

21/07/2024: A place close to heaven. Amazing views. We walked up to the Refuge, at the Refuge we admired the wonderful landscape and enjoyed two delicious tarts with raspberries and blueberries.

08/09/2024: Restaurant to recommend. The setting is cozy, the dishes very good as well as the wine list. The staff is very pleasant

28/09/2024: As usual, we were received with the greatest kindness by the restaurant team. Attentive service, tasty dishes, all in a magnificent setting. What more could you ask for to celebrate a birthday with your family?

11/09/2024: On July 13, 24 in the morning I bought around ten different cakes to please passing friends who were pastry lovers. What a disappointment!!! the blueberry tart base was impossible to cut, the eclair pastry was dry, and so on... the raspberry that I know was sour. So it poses no problem for anyone to sell old, stale cakes for more than €5 each or more. As far as I'm concerned, since this purchase it will be without me.

16/09/2024: Nous avons ete tres bien accueillis. Tout etait excellent; le repas, l'ambiance, l'accueil, et aussi, l'addition. Il y a un tres bon rapport qualite prix. Quand je passe a Chamonix j'aime bien aller a ce resto avec mes amis.

13/09/2024: This is a place where you should go without hesitation in Chamonix.. this butcher's wine cellar restaurant serves you food all day long at the time that suits you. You will find a very beautiful wine cellar there 🍷 enough to eat an excellent piece of meat all served by two very friendly young men who listen to you.. what a treat.. and all in a sumptuous setting... yes on the other hand for vegans I think you should move on.. .thank you for this time we spent at your place

23/08/2024: Sehr Gemütliches und schönes Ambiente! Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Die Speisen waren vorzüglich (besonders die Hauptspeise und der Nachtisch)!

18/08/2024: Un endroit chaleureux et cosy, un excellent accueil, une cuisine de qualité, un service efficace. Tout aurait pu être parfait à 2 "détails" près. Une carte des vins qui n'est pas en adéquation avec le lieu et où nous a été servi un Chignon Bergeron de 2014. Sauf erreur de part le millésime n'était pas celui de la carte et le vin madérisé et non échangé malgré la remarque certes aimable et courtoise de la personne l'ayant goûté. En fin de repas, proposition est faite de nous offrir un "Génépi", ce que nous trouvons fort aimable dans une ambiance de fin de service et acceptons. Le terme offrir devait se comprendre souhaitez vous prendre un "Génépi" car ces derniers sont apparus sur la note. Au final, un moment agréable quelque peu gâché par ces 2 détails qui devraient vite pouvoir être corrigés.
