29/08/2026: Excellent quality food, it has easily become a regular stop during our stay in Briançon. Always friendly and accommodating service, even in English. Welcoming place. Various daily specials. Reservations recommended, as opening hours don't always match those posted on Google.

24/07/2026: Exceptional restaurant in Briançon. The trout is cooked to perfection 😍😏. Warm and generous welcome. It's the best restaurant in town ✌️❤️. You leave with stars in your eyes, both from the warm welcome and the delighted taste buds. Their success is well-deserved.

22/08/2026: Very good restaurant. I had the medieval menu for €38, which was very good except for the dessert with the cheese platter, which was minimalist with only 3 slices of cheese. It's a shame they didn't have other desserts because the desserts on the €34 menu looked much better, but you can't choose...

21/08/2026: This restaurant is fantastic, the staff are very friendly, the food is plentiful, and the beer and wine selection are excellent. The girls were all really nice.

12/09/2026: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Briançon! A truly wonderful discovery, both for its unique, mountain-inspired decor and for the delicious food on the menu. To start, a generous charcuterie board that perfectly met our expectations. We then continued with a fondue worthy of a true mountain meal, rich and comforting! The tartiflette was equally impressive: generous, flavorful, and perfect for warming the heart at the end of summer. 🏔️ And to finish this meal in style, an exquisite crème brûlée, perfectly fulfilling our expectations. A special mention also goes to the waiter: jovial, playful, and relaxed, he fully contributes to the restaurant's atmosphere and brings that friendly, family feel that makes the place so charming. In short, here you'll find the mountain spirit that people come to Briançon for: conviviality, a warm setting, and above all, excellent food. +1 for the excellent génépi served free as a digestif! 15/03/2026: A charming, family-run hotel in a great location. Beautiful, tastefully decorated chalet-style rooms. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast. Secure parking is a nice bonus.

23/08/2026: The food was very good, however the owner was not up to par, making small remarks and having a peculiar sense of humor, not at the level of such a good restaurant, a shame but fortunately the lady raises the bar.

14/09/2026: Excellent welcome. The raclette cheese is exceptional, as is the porcini mushroom fondue. The service was attentive and very friendly. We highly recommend it and wonder why we didn't go there sooner during our stay in Briançon.
