30/06/2026: A perfectly located and welcoming spot. The atmosphere is friendly and the place has a real identity, with its vinyl records and portraits of musicians hanging on the wall. The servers are very polite and helpful; everyone is on a first-name basis, making you feel like part of the family. I ordered their specialty, couscous. Delicious, perfectly seasoned, a real treat! I highly recommend it.

26/06/2026: This crêperie is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. The crêpes are excellent, and the staff is lovely. Everything is homemade with love; you can really taste it. The menu is incredibly varied, with something for everyone. It's the kind of place you'll enjoy coming back to regularly without ever getting tired of it.

12/06/2026: **Getting ripped off at lunchtime 🫒😅** Tried it today at La Verrière in Boulogne. Verdict? A complete rip-off. I tried the chicken and mozzarella croque monsieur for €15.90. Frankly, it was bland and dry. Inside, the chicken tenders were cut so perfectly, down to the millimeter, that the industrial tray was practically opened in a hurry. Zero effort, wasted zucchini, a completely invisible béchamel sauce, and no seasoning whatsoever. The only positive point was the Poilâne bread: a nice gray crumb, nice and crusty, but it doesn't make a meal. To top it all off, the salad is… extra! Add a half-pint of flat beer (obviously from the end of the keg), and you end up with a total of €23.59 for two pieces of bread and three vacuum-packed pieces of chicken. In football jargon, we call that getting ripped off. Price-wise, the rest of the menu is outrageous: beef cheek for €26 (the cheapest cut on the butcher's counter, you have to hand it to them) and sea bream for €27. Then they wonder why customers are abandoning traditional brasseries for fast food… I'm only giving it 2/5 because the staff were okay and the terrace on the main square is quite pleasant for people-watching. You seriously need to rethink your approach, La Verrière. You can't serve mediocre food at the price of a near-Michelin-starred restaurant. It just doesn't work.

04/06/2026: I was craving a comforting, hearty meal served quickly on a weekday lunchtime... and I found my spot! The €14 lunch menu is a real treat, with a choice of small fried starters (spring rolls, croquettes, or ravioli) and a generous main course of vermicelli noodles. Personally, I loved the dish with the caramelized pork, cooked to perfection, accompanied by perfectly dressed, grated baby carrots and cucumbers.

We felt genuinely welcomed and guided with great care throughout the meal. As for the cuisine, the experience was simply unforgettable. Probably one of the best we've ever encountered. A huge thank you for this timeless interlude, where everything—the food, the service, and the ambiance—exudes refinement and care.

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We opted for the "Intuitions" menu, a four-course meal consisting of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
