26/02/2026: The dishes were all fairly standard; for a Michelin one-star restaurant, nothing particularly amazing or memorable. Ambiamce was a bit disappointing; we went on February 14th, and there was nothing special about the decor.

Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Benoît, in the kitchen, will take you on a culinary journey with a menu that changes every three months according to the seasons. Don't hesitate to try the tasting menu and let yourself be transported into the world of creative flavor pairings from Saint-Joseph. Personally, I recommend trusting Catherine and choosing the wine pairing. Always a wonderful experience! Remember to book ahead, as it's fully booked every day for lunch and dinner.
