24/02/2024: We had lunch one weekday at a table with a view of the Loire. A quality welcome with a smile. A pleasant, efficient and fast service. A chic atmosphere but without pressure. The restaurant rooms are richly decorated and you can ask to know the history which is interesting. And finally for the cuisine, we had the choice between dishes from the menu or inspirations from the new chef. He was the second to the previous chef, his cuisine is mastered and diversified. Everything is tasty, delicate and well presented. On leaving, the reception opened the Caesar cellars to us, to also see.

06/11/2023: Sincerely the worst restaurant experience I had so far, the owner spend the day mocking and belittling people, may it be his waiters or the clients. If you want to eat peacefully and have a good time, a word of advice, don't go there.

31/10/2023: I do not recommend at all. I ordered a Vinci pizza and my friend ordered tagliatelle carbonara. The pizza was very dry, I even wonder if it is frozen. The pasta was very peppery and oily. The bacon had more fat than meat. The service was also not up to par. The waiter didn't even give us a carafe of water; we had to wait halfway through the meal and ask for some. As soon as we arrived we didn't feel welcomed.

05/04/2024: Well received, the pancakes were very good, as was the entrecôte. Unfortunately, we waited a long time between the main course and dessert, I think our voucher got lost. A commercial gesture (cafes for example…) would have been appreciated.

09/12/2023: TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF ! This is the service doctrine that you will have to respect throughout the meal. Our host, being a former soldier and gendarme (surely traumatized), is as rigorous as a prison guard. Not knowing how to put a cup on the table without help you will also have to be careful not to go to the toilet while he picks up plates at the same time because you are training him in a skill where he is already not very good. If you nevertheless manage to reach them, I advise you to flush the toilet twice so as not to crease it. His humor is much too heavy (the least you can do when you welcome a person with an arm in a splint is not to call him disabled throughout the meal). He will come and ask you if everything is good every two minutes because he knows very well that the food is the only thing that goes well in this restaurant.
