26/10/2026: A small restaurant, but one that surprises with the variety and quality of its menu. The underlying concept is original: small dishes to share, inspired by cuisines from around the world (to name a few: Iran, Japan, Lebanon, Norway, and, of course, France), but crafted with great care. The wine list isn't extensive, but its depth is evident. The staff is young, warm, and truly attentive. Prices are almost unbelievable; in other parts of France, you'd pay at least double!

23/10/2026: Intimate restaurant in town with delicious tapas and local wines. We walked in and initially didn't find our reservation, but after checking with the chef, they moved tables and accomodated our group. Very nice, and the experience was delightful. This small restaurant has only about 6 tables inside, so be sure to have a reservation!

05/10/2026: A small, super friendly wine and beer bar! The owner and waiter were incredibly welcoming. The wine was excellent, and the charcuterie and cheese board was superb, featuring truly high-quality products. This is a far cry from those mass-produced, industrially-flavored boards! We highly recommend it!

14/09/2026: Oh my! We stumbled across this place by accident and it didn't disappoint! The canneloni was amazing. Do not miss the pistachio créme brulée! Definitely recommend.

29/09/2026: Disappointed, we were looking for a nice crêperie. The service wasn't great... The buckwheat crêpe was good, but the filling was disappointing; I couldn't taste the cheddar. As for the dessert, the crêpe with banana and apple was just plain, and I had to search for the apples...

21/10/2026: My wife, a couple of friends, and I went for lunch. The food was very good. The portions were generous. It was the first time I'd had escargot, and it was delicious the way they prepared it. The crème brûlée was fantastic, and the cordon bleu was a 10/10. The owner provided excellent service.

24/10/2026: Very disappointed! Table: no tablecloth in the evening, cutlery placed directly on the napkin. Once the napkin was used, the cutlery had to be left on the table. The water and wine glasses were also placed upside down on the table. (Not very elegant for the price.) The dishes: If you're looking for abundance, forget it! We found the dishes okay, but nothing extraordinary for the price. Too many flavors spoil the flavor. Not enough meat in the dishes... forget the guinea fowl if it's too expensive and give us chicken instead of a stuffing and a ridiculously small amount of meat. The service was pleasant.

22/10/2026: We have been travelling around France and we have always made it a point to have lunch in a fine restaurant in every town or city that we visited. Some were wonderful and others were less than wonderful. This is by far the BEST we have tried. My appetiser containing beef cheeks and foie gras was incredible. And my main containing the sweetbreads was even more incredible! I’ve to admit that this is my first experience eating sweetbreads and I’m so glad that I chose this restaurant to try it. It was such a tasty dish. The dessert which included candied celery was an ideal way to finish off my meal - super yummy! Creative and delicious dishes - my compliments to the chef and team. Finally, the service was outstanding. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took time to explain each dish presented. Thank you to all of them. I will never forget my most satisfying and enjoyable lunch at this extremely fine restaurant.

06/05/2026: A very warm welcome. The staff were responsive and attentive! We had a quick meal with our two children, which was perfect for the rest of our visit. The crêpes and galettes were really delicious (we don't have them in the Landes region, 40). Thank you!

02/10/2026: A superb discovery! The food was excellent, from the appetizers and sauces to the exquisite cheese platter and superb desserts. Furthermore, the wines served were excellent, and to top it all off, the service was friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. I highly recommend it if you're ever in Amboise.
