05/01/2025: We ate very well in this restaurant. The salad with bacon, gizzards and liver was very good. A little crush on the chef's specialty (Burgundy-style veal head). The boss is very nice.

14/09/2024: This restaurant was well rated in many guides 5 years ago and I ate really well there. All this is just memories!
Risotto served cold and overcooked, scallops thawed and overcooked, inedible.
When the owner asks us if everything is okay and I answer that the scallops are way overcooked, she gets angry and shouts that the cooking is done to please as many people as possible! She blows as soon as she goes behind my back and no longer speaks to us.
The guides were not mistaken since this Beaver is no longer greedy at all!!

08/11/2024: Unfortunately I was not able to discover the club. I was forced to cancel my reservation because there was no more room at the chick club... The person I spoke to on the phone gave me bad advice on the reservation which of course cannot be made at the same time as the stay. I am very disappointed, especially since he did not note anywhere that there are only 12 places at the chick club; which is clearly not sufficient for such a structure!

13/08/2024: We have been staying at this hotel 3 times now, 3 times we are delighted!! The staff are great and take great care of their customers, the rooms are clean, and the restaurant is excellent!!
I recommend this hotel!!

08/09/2024: Already, we can't sit where we want, incredible, meat for 28€ with lots of fat, and for the price, not even home fries. In addition, these are very salty. An extremely expensive dessert, and to finish, you eat quietly, the employees remove the table trays around you...a really "salty" addition for what you ate. We will not go back
05/09/2024: Just stopped for a quick lunch. The setting is rather nice in a classic brasserie style. Our special was also good (even if (excellent) ravioles as a side dish of a fish was somewhat surprising) and the price was correct. Service is smiling however a bit hectic and inefficient.

Friendly, responsive service, never far away, attentive. Served very quickly on a table of 7 plates
I tried the St Marcellin mixed salad. It is good, but the green salad is predominant, not much garnish in the end. I would recommend a little more raw vegetables if possible?
