04/07/2024: I came this morning by chance and had a Pavlova. I was surprised to find a biscuit inside... Ok. It was too sweet for me, so everything mixed together without really bringing out the different tastes. The meringue was too hard, as it was on top when I tried to take a piece, the dessert was crushed. We wait for dessert until it melts like a cloud. A little disappointed.

The cork waffle dessert??? I have a doubt, reheat waffle, not fresh I think they don't know the difference with a real Liège waffle, too bad. This is the first time I've had dessert on it.
