01/12/2024: Nice restaurant when you enter, it's charming, we're a little on top of each other but it's annoying. The kitchen, on the other hand, is not up to par, I don't know if it's the fact of having come in the off-season, but the dishes work by defrosting. The burger should be avoided, the bread is very hard, the sauce is non-existent, and the industrial steak was still full of water, not to mention the few fries that were chased after. So it's a bit expensive for what it is. We might also expect a little more friendliness from the waitress, or at least a smile.

14/01/2025: The staff is very unpleasant and not smiling or available. Too much waiting to have breakfast. They are very poorly organized.

14/01/2025: Very nice place, clean, spacious, nice background music not too loud. I took the breakfast menu with a hot drink, orange juice, a croissant, 2 slices of bread with butter and jam. Bread and croissant were fresh. The waitress is a very nice lady, welcoming and very polite. I recommend this place while waiting for your train or bus.

26/10/2024: This is a safe bet if you are looking for a unique place to have lunch in an old military fort…Delphine’s cooking is simple yet very good, selected quality products and the best “gratin dauphinois” I’ve ever hard. We are regulars and have been going to the fort for more than 2 decades and never disappointed….A must to visit and revisit !

29/12/2023: Très décevant. J'ai commandé le double rösti burger à 14€, mais ce que j'ai reçu ne correspondait en rien à la description. Deux steaks posés sur les rösti avec du cheddar sur le dessus, sans fromage ni oignon comme annoncé. La photo sur le menu est loin de refléter la réalité. De plus, le responsable semblait peu concerné par mes préoccupations. À fuir

09/09/2024: Stay just like the establishment...perfect. Comfortable and tastefully decorated room, the perfect balcony for this period, warm and friendly staff, delicious and plentiful food. Thank you for this superb stay.

24/03/2024: Can't fault the location, right on the slopes next to main lift so great for getting up even when not much snow at the bottom. Rooms were a really good size, we had a bath which was a very pleasant surprise, only suggestion would be to keep heating a bit lower, in March it was absolutely boiling in our room (4th floor - kept the window open) and in the restaurant! Only other thing that could be better is options for non meat eaters. There was a fish of the day each night, but if purely vegetarian choices are fairly limited (although tasty - tartiflette and fondue but I couldn't eat those every night)! Breakfast was very good.

28/04/2024: Great place to come and eat at the top of the slopes for lunch. The dishes are very good, generous and the staff is really kind and attentive to customers.

15/12/2024: Very disappointed cold inedible duck breast fillets served in a small oval dish where there is not even room to put the salad which is also inedible cold fries 2 small piece of white jelly bread in short to avoid I will not go back

09/12/2024: Disappointed by the location of the table (between two doors especially the kitchen door) draft. Food warmer not turned on, cold meat, non-existent sauce. Long-awaited gourmet coffee, inedible (verrine of pineapple pieces,??? With coffee, frozen cabbage defrosted with a scoop of tasteless ice cream, perfume 🤔 and a piece of meringue out of a bag. Table too small obliged to pour the fries into the meat dish to fit the two salad bowls and make room for the water, the bread... The fries are not homemade A young person who welcomes, who places, who charges, who abandons the customers who are waiting to pay and comes back with a glass of wine to put it at a table... We will never go back there! I compare it with the bistro regent in Rochefort and the one in La Rochelle (17) where I often went! ...It's day and night, nothing to see.

30/08/2024: The catering part is correct and the staff are friendly. On the other hand, the children's play area, what can I say... extremely dirty, dusty playground. The sticky floor is desirable, there is no supervision in the games and as parents are not allowed to go into the play area and they only have very low visibility. Complicated to manage the bickering or other mood swings of children who remain children with surprising reactions. I pass the children delivered to even those who do not respect the instructions such as the ban on going up the slide upside down and that staff and parents say nothing... Besides that, 3 girls behind the bar on their phones or chatting among themselves and laughing about the bickering rather than intervening, it becomes their role when we prevent the parents from intervening...

25/08/2024: To avoid nothing serious, no security, very unpleasant staff, etc.
