12/07/2025: This isn't a restaurant but a grocery store; at least, that's how we were greeted. Yet, the grocery store transformed into a restaurant once we left. It just goes to show, the Isère region is magical.

22/05/2026: A wonderful experience: the peace and quiet, the kindness, the friendliness, and what can we say about the place itself? A superb room, cuisine prepared with passion using only fresh ingredients. The picnics are also delicious. We stayed for four days hiking around Gresse and we will definitely be back. We wholeheartedly recommend Auberge Buissonnière. Thank you Anne Gaelle and Jérôme, please don't change a thing!

08/03/2026: We had an excellent stay at the Auberge Buissonnière in Gresse en Vercors; everything was perfect: the welcome, the room, the half-board with its delicious dishes and local produce. We felt right at home, thank you again!

07/09/2025: Everything was perfect, the meat on the daily menu was a delight...

04/05/2026: Dark room. Ordered a salad with St. Marcellin cheese and smoked duck. Plenty of salad and three tiny slices of smoked duck. The fish and chips didn't impress my partner. A bit pricey for the meal served.

20/08/2024: Nouvelle formule gagnante avec un choix plus restreint mais une qualité et créativité toujours en évolution… un grand moment de gastronomie avec un service parfait, un sommelier au top et une convivialité familiale…. Tout gastronome ne doit pas louper cette table qui est d’un très bon rapport qualité / prix….

08/08/2024: Première visite depuis le changement de chef. Le restaurant était déjà bien mais sensation d être passé dans une autre dimension. Le homard était parfait. Il y a une finesse dans les jus et sauces (où le surplus est laissé pour se faire plaisir et saucer a sa guise). Il y a également une belle mise en scène que ce soit sur le canard ou le rouget ou encore la lotte traitée comme un jambon. Bref une très belle expérience gastronomique mais avec toujours un accueil convivial. Cocktail du jour également top et bon travail sur l'accord mets/vins. Bref a quand la 2e étoile ?

29/10/2024: We were only invited to the restaurant. Room a little sad, meal ok but nothing extraordinary. Nice waitress.

18/09/2024: The small 9-hole course is beautifully situated in the landscape. The lanes are quite narrow. However, the place itself is not a highlight. The condition was rather moderate. The greens were heavily sanded and not well worn, and the semi-rough was very long. Overall too expensive for what is offered.

30/10/2025: Apparently, it's forbidden to walk past peacefully without being whistled at or stared at by the customers. I walk past almost every day, and it's very rare to be left alone. Once, a dog peed right in front (more than 10 meters away), and the owner threw a glass of water at the woman. Some way to welcome people! :/

27/06/2025: A lovely place, serving good quality home-style cooking and local ingredients. The setting is fantastic, with a terrace offering mountain views. I stayed for two days. The rooms are very basic (no TV or Wi-Fi) but comfortable. For the price, you can't ask for more 😉. I highly recommend this establishment for a short break to recharge your batteries.

18/06/2025: Lunch while driving along the Belledonne mountain range. Found by chance. Great place. Simple and hearty food. Nice terrace 👍🏻
