09/09/2024: We came as a family with children, impressive waiting times while waiting, the children ate bread, the dishes finally arrived but the tired children did not eat anything... The foie gras has no taste, really no quality, let's not even talk about the inedible calcined chicken thigh with a handful of fries without salad or any presentation, rib steak not of quality either, the children not having eaten the dessert I I wanted to take the scoops of ice cream that were in the formula, the waitress didn't even offer me a flavor and brought me back a scoop of smarties ice cream and to finish while waiting to go to the checkout 87th for having really I ate nothing, my little 4 year old girl goes to look at the fish aquarium and thinks about not putting her hands on the aquarium without smiling of course I am the chef manager of a restaurant. I am allowing myself to post this comment because I believe that if I did the same at my workplace, customers would probably not come back the next day. (Dress should also be reviewed, hooded sweatshirt for service and a smile would be good too..)

If I could move further in the area I would only go here. We take the time to say things when things aren't going well, I take the time to say how good it was

10/01/2025: We frequented the old Bordeaux formula where you could finish the meal with crepes flambées prepared in front of you... unfortunately our experience of a lunch on December 31 did not convince us. The semi-cooked foie gras that we shared honored the Landes region. A cassolette of squids offered as a starter for 14 euros delivered you perfectly formatted squids extracted from distant oceans... doubtless judging it insufficient for an average appetite, the waiter recommended a little too urgently an additional fries still priced at 6, 90 euros!!! The veal chop was a good size and of good quality as advertised with chanterelles... in Lilliputian quantity and overcooked. With a single dessert at 4.50 euros and a Cotes de Gascogne wine at 19 euros first price the bill came to 87.10 euros. At this price you can ask for tablecloths and cloth napkins, a service which is not limited to asking who took what but observes some old criteria such as serving on the same side, serving Madame first. At 1 p.m., despite very average attendance, there was no longer a daily menu which did not offer any choice. You will find in neighboring Spain a restaurant with a menu for 24.50 euros where after a careful appetizer you can choose between 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts… wine included. You are served on tablecloths with cloth napkins. The differential is very much to the disadvantage of Bordeaux. You can go, we will move on………

09/09/2024: Passing through the Landes on a stormy evening, we stopped for dinner. 1st reception, rather cold by a person sitting in front of the door and who told me to leave my dog ​​(a small lapdog) in the car, reflection from the gentleman behind the bar saying he did not want 15 dogs in his restaurant!!! It got cold, we stayed for dinner and nothing to get excited about. Additionally, given the storm, the roof was leaking. It would be good to review your opinion on animals!!!!.

19/09/2024: A hotel in a particularly pleasant and quiet location. An extremely warm welcome, which puts you in good conditions to enjoy your stay in this place. A very above average meal with tasty and very well prepared dishes. Quality restaurant service with people who know how to adapt to customers, the meal seems all the better. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing and wonderful taste experience.

21/05/2024: Super nice restaurant where you will eat excellent meat and many other dishes. It's a shame that this restaurant is closing but it's to bounce back better, that's all I wish for the owners.

28/06/2024: This was a group booking, so we had a room to ourselves, though there didn't seem to be any other customers. The room had a long table, all the other tables having been simply pushed to one side, making it feel as though we were in an overgrown broom cupboard. Plastic tablecloths didn't go with a fairly expensive menu. The service was leisurely, so much so that it was nearly 1.30 by the time our main course arrived. When I explained that I (only me) needed to leave by 2pm, the waitress said she'd bring the cheese immediately, however, 15 minutes later she'd only started clearing away the main course, so I had to leave without cheese or dessert. However, the food I did have was good, (not exceptional, but good) so if you've got all day and don't mind down market decor, it might be worth a visit.
