10/04/2026: We had dinner last night at Le Coq en Poulpe restaurant and it was an excellent experience! We chose the €36 Le Coq menu and thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish. The snails were delicious, perfectly prepared, and the beef chuck with its shallot sauce was simply incredible: melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor. Special mention also goes to the warm Saint-Marcellin cheese, which was absolutely perfect. A very pleasant evening in a friendly atmosphere, with generous and expertly prepared dishes. We highly recommend it!

02/04/2026: We go to this restaurant occasionally. The dishes are truly delicious, presented with care and flair, with a wide variety of options and impeccable service from efficient and very pleasant waiters and waitresses. There is only one negative point (and it's a significant one for us): the dishes are too salty! It's also a shame that reservations aren't possible; customers are seated on a first-come, first-served basis. Naturally, we all try to get a table in the conservatory, as the other tables are less pleasant and, more importantly, don't get any natural light! Congratulations on the decor of the dining room. So...BEWARE OF THE SALT!!!

26/05/2026: The welcome was disastrous, especially from one waitress who spoke to us very rudely and created a terrible atmosphere.

17/04/2026: It took a very long time (by French standards) for our drinks to arrive. On top of that, we had to pay immediately "because that was easier for the wait staff". Strange and not hospitable, therefore.

04/04/2026: A truly wonderful romantic evening... the food was top-notch... "Le truc de fou" was simply delicious... A first for us at this restaurant, which delighted our taste buds... despite being understaffed that evening, the service was excellent... we'll be back with new adventurers 😉 some background music would be nice (jazz...).

02/04/2026: The dining room is small but pleasant (a bit cozy). We came to enjoy the "gastronomic" menu with a glass of wine with each course. We had to ask for the wine several times... but it was never served! What a shame!
