25/09/2024: Very well received by Sylvie. The restaurant has several tables indoors and also outdoors with a terrace. The daily menu was very good and homemade. There are also pizzas on the menu. I highly recommend this bar restaurant in St Georges de Rouelley 👍

11/04/2024: Meal this afternoon with family, The food is clearly not fresh, starter of surimi mayonnaise pasta, homemade surimi perhaps? The ham was just warm and supposed to be grilled, it wasn't. My boyfriend had the lasagna, frozen lasagna reheated in the oven surely? We do not recommend this place and will not return.

26/12/2024: J ai été très déçue, par l accueil reçu dimanche 21 décembre 2024, fin de matinée, lorsque je suis allée chercher une boîte de chocolats mise de côté. Se trouvait 2 jeunes femmes très désagréables. Le sourire devait être en option. Dommage !

10/08/2024: Very average from the welcome to the pizza that we imagine otherwise from the start with the wood-fired oven. Oversized in a bad way, even a large one is not enough for a normal eater. The taste remains ordinary and the dough is very average...I don't recommend it.

24/08/2024: I ate there this Saturday evening with family. It was our first time here but we will definitely come back. Ana is an excellent hostess and waitress and the chef masters his art!! Everything was perfect from start to finish and they even have a vegetarian option available!! Thank you for this meal and see you soon!😋

26/08/2024: Reservation made on a Monday lunchtime. Presentation at the counter. Waiting. A customer who pays his bill by walking past us apologizing. A welcome from 4 people who arrived after us. A direct placement. Finally a woman places us at an unfilled table. and tells us that there is no more special of the day. Fortunately there was a change of ownership. I pity the tourists.

08/07/2024: I've been there several times and I'm never disappointed. Very good cuisine, everything is homemade and served in more than generous quantities. We are very well received, we eat well, with incredible value for money (43€ for two with appetizers, main courses and desserts) This little bistro deserves to be known

16/07/2024: Good little wines, small fish rillettes from the Saumonerie de Granville, always very good, and local oysters and whelks (when there are any left) for fans and of course the view of Chausey. If the selection is good (but it's not cuisine), the service is random depending on whether you are in the style of the house or not. You have to remember that this is more of an address for local hipsters and friends of the bosses, even if you have to admit that the atmosphere is nice, especially on concert evenings, provided you can get served. Most of the time you have to make a reservation, at least that's what we hear especially when it's almost full and groups with a much lower average age than mine are waiting... It is true that the place is small, but a customer remains a customer and since it is not a private club there should not be any selection at the entrance, however that is what we might be tempted to think when we look at how the tables are assigned. No drinks menu (curious), so you have to go to the bar and therefore leave your stuff behind in the summer (meh) at the risk of getting burned out since all the tables are out on the terrace and places are rare. And finally we wait, we wait, we wait... an organization (sic) which is strange to say the least and the big semaphore-like gestures to get re-served are of no help since the waitress is never interested further than the table where it is located. So you have to go back to the bar every time. Except perhaps to be one of the happy few recognized by the house? Ultimately the portions are rather small and the prices almost Parisian, the service without being unpleasant is soulless. Fortunately the setting is exceptional, but on the dike which of course offers the same view, there is also the bar of the restaurant of the Saint-Pair casino, there is also now the station (new for 2024) and of course the entire dike and the beach to improvise an aperitif with friends... It's nice for the music, but I wouldn't wait hours to get a seat there.

27/05/2024: Too expensive for the quantity I had in my glass of spritz, oh so many ice cubes.... I thought the glasses were supposed to contain a certain dose!!!

27/06/2024: La PTITE ESCALE a remplacé QUAI 16. Depuis le 1er Juin 24 le propriétaire de L'ESCALE DE DIELETTE à racheté QUAI 16 à CARENTAN et l'a appelé LA P'TITE ESCALE par référence à son établissement principal. Il est midi, le soleil chauffe fort la petite terrasse sommairement aménagée. Quelques tables de plastique fendues ou bricolées avec des planches en aggloméré. Quelques parasols, mal disposés dispensent une ombre rare. Le menu très simple est affiché. Nous prenons l'entrecôte frite et le gratin de fruits de mer. Les plats arrivent froids alors qu'il n'y a encore que très peu de monde. L'entrecôte est acceptable mais les frites (de la veille ??) sont cramées et froides. De même que l'écrasé de pommes de terre qui accompagne un gratin trop sec. Le serveur est souriant, c'est déjà ça !! On est loin de L'ESCALE DE DIELETTE.
