15/09/2026: This was one of the best restaurants we ate at during our 2 week stay in France. One of the best meals!! The atmosphere was beautiful, the food delicious and the waiters were a joy! I highly recommend the Cafe de Palais.

02/09/2026: World class. Not to impress the reader, BUT: I’ve eaten at several 3-star restaurants around the world and more 2 and 1 star restaurants than I can recall. This place deserves 1 star without question. Delicious food, every course, with subtle surprising flavors throughout. Feel like you’re at home, very friendly. And the price is a bargain frankly. Bravo!

28/08/2026: We came as a couple and had booked a table for dinner in the room with the magnificent vaulted walls: a truly wonderful discovery! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, from the appetizer to the dessert. Everything was delicious! We received a warm welcome from the owner, who was fantastic, and were then served by a smiling, energetic, and very pleasant young woman. A truly wonderful place that we wholeheartedly recommend! We will definitely be back.

12/08/2026: We had a meal with a large group for a birthday celebration. Upon arrival, we were seated inside. The French doors were open, but it was very hot. The blinds couldn't be fully closed, and the sun beat down on everyone's backs. It's a shame that a restaurant of this caliber doesn't have air conditioning, as it's not very pleasant to enjoy the food when it's so hot inside. The meal was expensive considering the quality of the dishes and especially the service, which was not what you'd expect from a fine dining establishment. The head waiter lacked a smile, kindness, and, above all, anticipation. It was regrettable to have to pour our own drinks and ask for refills when the bottles were empty. The head waiter didn't have the demeanor expected in this type of restaurant; he seemed overwhelmed and showed his annoyance, which is unacceptable. The cuisine is semi-gastronomic, not gastronomic. We had received information from the owner, with whom everything had gone very well during the booking process, but on the day, the head waiter didn't seem to be aware of the situation. This again demonstrates a lack of preparation and damages the restaurant's image. Our overall experience is therefore very mixed; the management needs to be reviewed.

04/08/2026: Lunch was absolutely perfect in terms of the food. A big thank you to the chef who works with fresh produce. However, it's a real shame that this establishment has such an unfriendly and moody head waiter. This gentleman should realize that he owes his position to the customers. On the other hand, the tall, slim young waiter is very professional and attentive to the customers.

20/05/2026: I just had lunch at this restaurant with my mother and two children. It was a real treat for the taste buds! From the friendliness and kindness of the waitress, to the incredibly delicious food, and the speed of service, everything was perfect for a truly wonderful experience. I will definitely be back!

17/05/2026: An excellent restaurant where we went several times during our time in Reims. We enjoyed dining on the terrace, sheltered from the wind, and the tapas and desserts were both delicious. The service was pleasant and efficient.

09/09/2026: We went there this Monday at lunchtime, having made a reservation. It's a very chic place with refined cuisine. We had the set menu (starter, main course, dessert) with a glass of wine and coffee for 34 euros. A very reasonable price. The dishes were beautifully presented and the service was excellent. We were able to take our time, and it was nice not to feel rushed. I would, however, recommend making a reservation.

18/08/2026: We went on purpose today because yesterday was closed and .. surprise Totally closed. I can't say anything. We are leaving tomorrow, so no option to try it.

24/08/2026: Amazing food with a very warm welcome. We’ve been introduced to the foods and concepts of this restaurant. The meat beef brisket was extraordinary, the drinks (recommended local beers) were delicious. Also the salad with conchiglionis were fresh and super delicious. By far the best food we’ve had and also the service from Daniela was extraordinary. We recommend this restaurant to everyone who loves lovely French food.

27/07/2026: It's a place where you can also eat, but they don't serve beer, though it is a wine bar. What I found unacceptable was that someone was vaping inside. I couldn't tell if it was a customer or a bartender. And naturally, the staff did nothing. They'll probably say they didn't see anything (in a 30-square-meter space). Vaping isn't just dangerous for your health because it causes cancer in passive smokers, but it's also ILLEGAL.

16/08/2026: A €38 set menu that was beyond reproach, a well-stocked champagne list featuring renowned producers. A very professional and pleasant welcome; very polite and friendly staff, and equally professional, attentive, and efficient service.

21/08/2026: I photographed my cider to count the calories using an app that also recommended this restaurant. This light drink fit perfectly within my daily calorie limit and was very good. The service was quick and efficient.

20/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! 😊 L’Ère du Temps is truly a fantastic place to enjoy delicious crêpes in Reims. The welcome is warm and the owner is very friendly: discreet, yet genuinely attentive to his customers. A small touch that particularly touched me: I had flowers with me, and without me even asking, he brought me a vase of water so they wouldn't wilt. 🥰 It's these little touches that make all the difference! As for the crêpes, I have nothing but praise: they are delicious, the menu is varied, the dishes arrive quickly, and the ingredients are high quality. The desserts are just as wonderful! 😋 The atmosphere is pleasant, warm, and friendly. You really feel comfortable and at ease. And since it was my birthday, I even received a personalized dessert with "Happy Birthday" and a little candle! 🎂🕯️ A lovely touch that was the perfect ending to the meal. A big thank you to the manager for his warm welcome and thoughtful touches, and also to the chef for the quality of the dishes and desserts. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back! 😊
