23/04/2026: A wonderful discovery in Sermiers. I had a fantastic time at Le Lys du Roy.
Chef Fabien's cuisine is precise, generous, and full of flavor: beautifully executed dishes made with quality ingredients and a true mastery of his craft.
The service provided by Sonia is equally remarkable: a warm and attentive welcome without being intrusive; you immediately feel at ease.
An address I wholeheartedly recommend, both for the quality of the food and the ambiance. I will gladly return.
21/04/2026: A wonderful discovery thanks to my friend Chantal. The place is very pretty, with a lovely atmosphere, a fantastic chef, and delicious food with delightful surprises like the vanilla and rhubarb craquelin choux pastry—a subtle blend of tartness from the rhubarb and sweetness from the vanilla. I absolutely loved it. The service was excellent, with touches of humor. I had a truly enjoyable time and highly recommend it.

By comparison, I've eaten in restaurants with misplaced pretensions to elegance and chic, and La Table Saint Thomas has absolutely nothing to envy them for.
For me, it's a must-visit in the city.

13/04/2026: Rôtisserie Henri IV is a pleasant and cozy brasserie. A very nice wine list, with champagnes by the bottle. There is also a separate board with champagnes and wines by the glass.
For starters, the frog legs and escargots are recommended. After that, a piece of grilled meat. Don't expect refined dishes, but it is tasty. The fries could be fried a little less crispy 😉
