27/02/2026: My partner and I stopped at this salad bar for a takeaway meal. We ordered two salads and a dessert. The rice in the salad wasn't cooked, or at least barely... and the panna cotta was two days past its expiration date (we went there on February 27th)... We were unfortunately disappointed, as we are regular customers of La Case à Pain... Nevertheless, the place is welcoming.

23/03/2026: We went to this restaurant on Sunday at lunchtime without a reservation and were very warmly welcomed. We were very lucky to get a table for two as the restaurant was full. Since the menu wasn't very extensive, I managed to put together a small meal: homemade foie gras and skate casserole with champagne sauce, served with dauphinoise potatoes, cheese, and a red fruit panna cotta—delicious! 23/03/2026: This was our third family visit to Cheval Blanc. This time it was my grandson's 18th birthday present; he had specifically requested to come here. We greatly appreciate the refined flavors created by the Chef, the assurance that everything is prepared on-site with the most local ingredients possible, the attentive and friendly service, the delicious breakfast, the proximity to the magnificent Lac du Der, the architecture of the half-timbered churches—in short, we certainly hope to return again in the years to come.

12/03/2026: The parking is private, a parking attendant meets you, asks what time you leave and gives you a space, 18.40 per day, this price includes a restaurant, everything is very tasty, the service is super, the shower is 2.5, I spent the night twice, everything is OK.

The dishes were bursting with flavor, made with high-quality ingredients, and the setting was truly superb. I highly recommend it; a wonderful place!

25/02/2026: Elegant and quiet country restaurant near Reims. We ate well and appreciated the chef's skill. The wine list was comprehensive, and the recommended bottle of champagne was a good one. The service was very professional, with a few minor oversights. We were very satisfied with our visit to this restaurant. The bill was reasonable, almost affordable compared to similarly sized restaurants in Italy.

25/02/2026: A lovely little restaurant. The service is very professional, the food is delicious, and the small menu is a testament to the freshness of the ingredients. The chef occasionally comes out of the kitchen to check if everything is alright. I highly recommend it. The set menus are very affordable.
