10/12/2025: Wow, what an amazing restaurant! 😍 100% homemade dishes, incredibly delicious, and at an unbeatable price – honestly, in Reims, it's a rare gem! You have to venture outside the city center to find it, but it's a real find: generous portions, and the chef even came over to ask if everything was alright. The waitress was so efficient, always smiling, running around to take care of her customers – it was truly delightful! It has a classic brasserie atmosphere, I'm going back right away, you'll love it!

It's a restaurant you absolutely must experience, especially if you're a tartare aficionado like me. Carole prepares them, like all her dishes, to order. I watched her prepare my tartare by hand in her kitchen from my table. Thank you, Madam, for this wonderful culinary experience that made our birthday evening truly special. See you soon. 09/02/2026: Just a half-polite turn-off when we arrived at 7 pm, told we needed a reservation. We called, but no one answered... we had to wait for more than three rings before someone answered, acting like a prison guard (as if we only waited three seconds per call)... In short, a very poor welcome. They told us there was space, but that she was managing everything herself and that others had reservations. The dining room was half-filled with smoky frying oil, the decor and atmosphere were straight out of a truck stop, and the owner was just as unpleasant... The food might be very good, but you clearly have to be really keen to go... Anyway, if you want reservations and don't want to be constantly on the phone, there are apps or a website function to manage a reservation schedule. Maybe that will put a smile back on your face for the next guests. Best of luck.

24/02/2026: My sister and I came to eat at the restaurant today: everything was perfect. I no longer drink alcohol, and they offered me a truly high-end non-alcoholic drink and adapted my dessert since I don't eat sugar (thank you for the beautifully presented and delicious fresh fruit!). We visited the restaurant, which was simply splendid! Then the spa, which was just magnificent! The outdoor pool was sensational. I loved everything, the kindness of the staff, who were very attentive and always smiling. The massage was perfect; thank you to the masseuse who was truly exceptional! I had asked her to focus on my back and neck because I was very stressed, and she worked everything out! She was very attentive! I will be back soon to this extraordinary place!

22/02/2026: This review is solely for the spa and treatments. I haven't had the opportunity to experience the hotel or restaurant. However, the relaxation area lives up to what one would expect from this level of establishment. The staff's kindness and attentiveness were also excellent. The treatments were truly exceptional, a truly timeless experience.
