11/04/2026: What a pleasant surprise this Sunday lunchtime! Well-behaved dogs are welcome. The food is good and the service is friendly and welcoming. A lovely time spent in a pleasant setting, and I'll definitely be back. An added bonus is that just a short walk away you can stroll along the Moselle River to aid digestion, with a magnificent view of the Prémontré Abbey.

The presentation is enticing. The syrups are perfectly balanced. I forgot to ask you the brand, oops.
The vegetarian platter was a hit!
It's a shame I wasn't hungry enough for dessert!
Vegetarian options are also available, making it an accessible and welcoming restaurant.
The only downside is the limited space (it's a small place) and the closely spaced tables.
Thank you for your hospitality, and I look forward to returning!

08/04/2026: The welcome was more than mixed, as we were made to wait without even being greeted, even though we were right across the street. The service was better later on. The Lorraine pie pictured was delicious, but the rest was disappointing. The lemon tart was ridiculously small, with only the meringue being homemade. The Gewürztraminer wasn't fresh.
And then the unpleasantness returned when it came time to pay the bill because we were simply moving and wanted to pay separately.
30/03/2026: We took a detour on our route and stumbled upon this charming place, incredibly welcoming, with a warm atmosphere and fresh ingredients. A wonderful time!

20/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! The exterior does indeed resemble a small village café, but inside there's a truly beautiful and spacious restaurant! The dishes were excellent, the service top-notch, efficient and quick, and the food was perfectly juicy!
05/04/2026: We went to the restaurant over Easter weekend and received a very warm welcome. The menu was small, but for the price and quantity, it was worth it. A small amuse-bouche was offered between each course. Lunch, including starter, main course, dessert, and coffee, took 1.5 to 2 hours.

29/03/2026: Third visit to this restaurant and a little disappointed by my meal yesterday! The beef tongue didn't seem homemade? I make it myself, so I know what I'm talking about 😉. The rabbit rillettes were bland and tasteless. On the other hand, the waffle is still as good as ever. It's a shame to go to a restaurant if you can make better at home 🤨.
