04/05/2026: A small but very charming bistro in the heart of Nancy, just a few minutes' walk from the many sights of the city center. We twice opted for the large set menu with a starter and main course and were pleasantly surprised. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasted absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly. We'd love to come back again!

10/05/2026: The waiter lacked a smile; we asked for ketchup for the child's meal and we're still waiting. Arrived at 12:15 PM and left at 2:45 PM. The wait between the main course and dessert was very long, 45 minutes. The excuse given was that it was very busy. Tables that finished after us were served dessert before us. I think it's a lack of competence, even though we know recruitment is difficult. Luckily, not all restaurants operate this way. Furthermore, there was a €52 error on the bill. After a flat apology, the difference was refunded, but there was no gesture of goodwill. It's shameful.

10/05/2026: Review posted live. Table of six, one hour wait to be served. When the food arrived, two waits: one burger ordered without sauce arrived with sauce, and a second one ordered with rice arrived with fries. When the food was returned, the meat had been ordered rare, but the first bite was well-done. The second dish was sent back for about ten minutes. When the next dish was returned, there was no change in cooking; I was given the same burger with the same ground beef patty, but with the missing piece. Unacceptable. I do not recommend this restaurant, and certainly not their burgers. If you can't manage this many tables, you need to reconsider your seating capacity.

14/02/2026: A wonderful Valentine's Day discovery, just a 5-minute walk from Nancy thermal baths (via a stroll through the wooded park). The chef is welcoming, the cuisine is sophisticated, and the presentation is beautiful. Excellent value for money. Thank you for this very enjoyable meal.

19/04/2026: I'm surprised that this restaurant, with its name that so strongly evokes haute cuisine, has such high ratings. While the neighborhood is pleasant, the service and the food are subpar: it's like a factory. The side dishes were extremely meager, and the service was practically rushed. The waiter wasn't bothered at all when I pointed out that I had a bone in my fish, which had been difficult to swallow. The fish, by the way, was overcooked, a clear sign of a service that prioritizes speed over quality. My best friend and I have been trying out restaurants in Nancy for several years now. This one is undoubtedly the worst value for money we've ever encountered.
