30/09/2024: Does this emblematic place on Place Duroc still need to be presented? Ideal place for those who like meat cooked over a wood fire. The veal tab with gorgonzola sauce is divine. Impossible to finish without waffle fingers to dip in the chocolate sauce. The bistro atmosphere and lovely staff help make this place “the place to be in PAM”. As memorable as it is unmissable. Go for it! (And above all, book well in advance. The restaurant is often full)

30/09/2024: Very good meat dishes. Absolutely appropriate for what is on offer, rather inexpensive. Small minus point Wine list not very extensive, but still a clear recommendation.

14/09/2024: Still as high quality for so many years. A gourmet who wants it because it is authentic, good products, impeccable service, friendly and professional staff. The dishes are tasty, expertly prepared and traditional. To do and to redo. The pigeon is royal. The pan-fried foie gras is impeccable. The desserts are divine. If you want to treat yourself, count on 80 euros per person in the evening. At lunchtime, discovery menus are offered at a lower price but just as high quality. A serious and friendly establishment. We go there with our eyes closed. Watch out for the door

26/08/2024: A mixed experience, On the one hand, it seems to me that the dinner formula at 36 euros, given the presentation, is very reasonable, however the portions served are very limited, as a result, my husband and I preferred to opt for bread. The starter was delicate, the main course slightly more disappointing in terms of flavor. The dessert was, for its part, very good. I would nevertheless like to highlight the service which remains of exceptional quality, professional, pleasant and attentive, the waitress exceeded our expectations. A successful experience overall, but which did not arouse our enthusiasm, perhaps by slightly reviewing the quantities while resuming the taste of certain sauces, this could propel the formula into the exceptional! Unfortunately it's not the best experience overall, although the team was on point, and the manager was really caring, I didn't feel in the mood. 16/09/2024: The service was good, the server did what he could. Unfortunately for us our meat was tough and tough, 3 out of 5 people did not eat their dish... a disappointment. The roasted potatoes on the side were simply new.. The waiter offered to make us something else but it was late and he was running around everywhere, plus we had a baby. The kitchen didn't even apologize. A poor gesture was given to us regarding the note, a formula and a picon offered.. Too bad we won't come back again.

02/09/2024: I don't know why such a surprising name, but the place is superb on a hill which prettily overlooks the river. The setting is pleasant with a terrace that can be closed for sunny days. The cuisine is regional and well prepared, the service has a little difficulty when the restaurant is full. It is therefore better to arrive at the start of the service in my opinion

08/09/2024: c'était une découverte et j ai tout aimé : le décor,la vaisselle ,l'accueil,le service et surtout les plats: un beau dressage, de belles saveurs , cuisson au top ,une purée si douce, onctueuse ( à mon prochain passage j'en demande un gros bol ) en bref pour moi parfait

30/08/2024: Je connais ce restaurant depuis des années et je n'ai jamais été déçue de la cuisine, du cadre et du personnel. En revanche, j'y amenais une amie qui ne connaissait pas et nous avons trouvé l'attitude d'un serveur un peu lourde, voire même pénible. Je constate sur d'autres commentaires que le souci a déjà été remonté. Il serait temps de recadrer cette personne ou d'en changer !!! Je pense qu'il n'est pas pareil lorsque les femmes sont accompagnées avec des hommes....

03/09/2024: Habituée de cet établissement, rien à voir cette fois ci ! Le personnel en formation essaie de faire au mieux mais ce n’est pas gagné. Le chef est venu cette fois-ci nous saluer en début de soirée. Et hasard ou pas, les quantités de mon plat (poisson) étaient vraiment très petites, je l’ai signalé au serveur qui m’a dit que c’était comme ça ! Pas d’explosion de saveurs, dommage !

Les plats sont bien préparés et présentés de l'entrée au dessert...Le veau cuit à basse température est un régal...plat à consommer sans modération et à recommander....Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus ...Adresse à conseiller et à retenir...
